Enrique and his son are very kind to make you feel safe and at home. Installation is modest but very confortable. Room with a small balcony with a view to the ocean. Everything you need to explore the surrounding, and Isla Blanca by car !!! Thank you for everything and all the help you provided me. Will come back !

A location of a accommodation is really near to a sea. Enrique and his son shaggy were amazing hosts. They explained everything to us. They went out with us at a parade on dia de los muertos and showed us things trough the eyes of the locals I would give them more then 10 I hope we see you guys next time

My partner and I had a great experience with our host Enrique and Enrique junior both are fantastic warm welcoming people that we enjoyed interacting with. Enrique is a great host, he's very friendly and a nice person and well informed of the areas in Cancun, PLAYA del CARMEN and TUlum for advice. The room we had was a nice big and clean bed, with nice comfy pillows and bed sheets and came with a functional A.C ( Air Conditioner), room was always fresh and cool. The washroom came with clean towels, hand liqued soap and body wash bar that smelled refreshing. Location is inside a gated community and is very safe. We will be coming back soon my friend Enrique to talk more about motorcycles and various subjects. THANK YOU AGAIN MY FRIEND. ABDUL & PATY

“Exceptional stay!”

It was my best stay ever and the best host I have ever met! The room is on the second floor of a cosy house in a private and secured territory. The location of the house is great - just across the road is the beach and there are plenty of buses if you want to go to the city centre or the hotel zone. Also, there is an interesting archeological place called “El Meco” with pyramid, ancient ruins of palaces and a lot of iguanas just 30 minutes walk from the house. There are plenty of restaurants nearby with delicious seafood and also there is a supermarket. The beach is great. It is clean with clean and warm water without waves. It is ideal for children. Mexicans are relaxing there with their families and children. They play on guitars, singing songs and dancing - atmosphere is awesome! The room is clean and nice with a large bed and with all the necessary stuff you need. There is cold and hot water there but we didn’t even need hot water at all. The host Enrique and his son are amazing! They live on the first floor and can help you with anything at once. Living with them was so much fun! Enrique is a very good man and an interesting person with a rich life experience and a lot of exciting stories to tell. We are looking forward to visiting the Caribbean Paradise with Enrique and his son again!

Extremely nice host, very helpful and so friendly. Thank you Enrique! We loved the personal touch of staying in his home. He was very kind and the coffee in the morning was nice. The location was very good and we went to the children's beach across the road which was lovely. It is easy to get an Uber from the apartment to a fresh produce market and Restaurant Marbella a few minutes' drive, and there was a coffee shop about 10 minutes' walk. It is pretty close to the ferry to Isla Mujeres as well, perfect for a day trip. The bed was big and comfortable. We felt safe in the security guarded community.

Great place for your money. The owner was very polite and helped all the time: he gave advice on where to go, which bus to take. The beach was very close to our house. There was also a store and all sorts of places to eat nearby. The house was clean and comfortable. The bed was comfortable. The view from the balcony is picturesque. The area near the guest house was safe, there was security

The host was really sweet and helpful. The room is quite big and you have your own bathroom / toilet. It’s also very close to the local beach.

Nice big room in a quiet area of Cancun. Next to the beach and 10 min to the ferry to Isla mujeres The host is an amazing person. If you want to support locals instead of big hotel chains this is the right place!

If you are looking for real Mexico, genuine caring people, then I definitely recommend. In addition, you will find everything you need here - it is clean and has everything you need for your stay.
