“Perfect hotel for a work stay.”
Stayed for just a nice for a work trip and hotel met my expectation, the rooms are big and the rooftop has an amazing view. I had to leave early in the morning so I wasn't able to enjoy breakfast, but the team kindly prepared something on the go for me.

Did not show up with a key or pin. I messaged and called numerous times, no response from the host or Booking.com. I made my way to the property hoping they had left a key with the concierge NOTHING! Funds were also taken out of my account. BIG SCAM. DO NOT BOOK. Horrific experience

Facilities are super nice, rooms were clean and modern. The hotel is next to a shopping mall, so there's plenty to see and eat. The breakfast was good, but our favorite was the hotel's restaurant at the top next to the pool, the view at night of the ferris wheel with the infinity pool was amazing.

“Comfortable stay”

“Absolutely Spectacular”
Everything was great, very clean and modern. The staff was super friendly and helpful. They recommended restaurants and tours that would make my trip to Cancun fun. Huge shout out to Juan for saving me with a last-minute booking to see Coco Bongo for my birthday. The food is also great; the rooftop bar made the best soft shell crab tacos I’ve ever had. Highly recommend going.

“Wonderful hotel with stunning rooftop in centre of Hotel Zone”
Amazing hotel, stunning rooftop with pool which was a great temperature. Staff were all extremely friendly and attentive. The room was large with very comfortable bed and lovely shower too. Overall a great stay!
