Nice location (bus station and night market), nice view rooftop Jacuzzi is a surprise (didn’t really use in the end) Bed is comfortable and room is cozy and clean Host is very nice and responsive

“Perfect for a travel stop over”

The host is super helpful and friendly and quick to respond to questions. We loved the outdoor space next to our room (each room has its own designated outdoor seating area). The hotel is in downtown Cancun but perfectly located very close to the bus station. Plenty of shops and good food places within a couple of minutes walk. We ended up staying here twice as it was just perfect for a quick stop over for onward travel.

So lets start with this, its Mexico NOTHING IS AND NOTHING WILL BE PERFECT, i do know as i did a few trips to Mexico. Here is a clear honest review: Oscar (the host) is one of the nicest person you will meet (for the first time someone in Mexico, even better) he will bomb you will local places, things to do how to do, and even before i landed he gave me a list of places.. but after he realized im kinda familiar with the place (Cancun) he gave me even more "local" places to go to.. so he is not just ur host he is kinda act as a friend u havent seen in while, in some random way. But yes the place has here there some things to change or refurbish BUT, are you gonna be in the room 24/7? I highly doubt, you are in Mexico for fun, and you have a "free local guide" who is not up for ripping you off , gives you good tipps where to go and how to, if u need help he is 10000% there. Oscar is beyond helpful and the place is cool to hang for a few days, its next to the bus station like 2 blocks, end of the street u have Oxxo and a fast food place, the street is safe even for solo travelers. And might add for digital nomads the internet is BEYOND, i had to send 20G files and took NOTIME and Oscar even offered an even better line if i need it... so there is that

Being met with by the proprietor upon arrival and departure was reassuring and welcoming. He provided useful local information and was keen to maximise our enjoyment of the stay

I stayed here long-term, around 10 days, as a solo female traveler, and it was great value for money. The location is ideal if you want to explore the town, get a feel for local life, and still have easy access to the beach by bus. The place has all the basics you need during your stay. Oscar has been amazing and incredibly helpful throughout my stay, always available when needed and very welcoming. I really enjoyed my time here and would definitely come back if I’m in Mexico again in the future.

The room was lovely and authentic. The host was very nice, gave us detailed instructions about the check-in, all the best places to eat, and general information. We had a delayed flight and had to change the plans. It was the best place to stay in such a case, close to the bus station.

Room is functional. AC, hot water, WiFi, everything works fine ! 5 min walk to the ADO bus station, loads of practical shops around.

The host Oscar was very friendly, interesting to talk with and extremely helpful. The location is perfect for the main bus terminal for easy travel to the airport and other locations such as Tulum and Plays Del Carmen. The price is absolutely great for the location and all of the amenities nearby.

Very friendly, helpful and responsive host/staff. Easy and flexible check in which was agreed prior to arrival. Comfortable bed. Good shower. Lots of storage for clothing/bags. Outside seating area was a nice bonus. Location was perfect for ADO Bus Station. Strong WiFi. Good air conditioning & fan. The nearby area was quiet from road noise at night.
