“Outdated and neglected”
This hotel has seen better days. The facilities are very old and not taken care of. The shower & bathroom was awful and the ceilings had mold on them. Staff was fine, location fine, we stayed only one night and were very happy to leave.

The 24h checkin process was super good. I arrived in cancun quite late and didn't know if I would find somewhere reasonably priced with this option. The 2 people from staff that I interacted with during my short 1-day stay were very friendly and supportive.

“I’d never stay again . I don’t recommend it”
The hotel is so bad, nothing like the photos , water in the shower is cold , the toilet was not flushing so they changed me of the room, put me in other with dirty sheets . I tried to leave and get a refund but they said they couldn’t give my money back . I had a terrible experience,
