“Very positive experience”
No breakfast. Check in was a bit difficult to be honest. Hard to understand the check in procedure. The lovely young man working at the gate didn't speak english but he tried very hard and was very patient. He was very very sweet, but because its a bit of a different check in from standard hotels...it was a little difficult. The only thing i can say about the room is that i had no hot water for the shower. Other than that i really liked it and would definitely stay again now that i know how to check in :)

“comfy night between flights”
Check in was easy because it was self-check in with a door code. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Communication with the hosts was attentive and clear. Not a positive or negative thing but the accommodation was literally in a warehouse area which was interesting but it felt safe and people were friendly.

“Beautiful and safe property which is situated amongst a load of warehouses. Recommended.”
The room was beautiful and everything looked brand new and modern. I only stayed for about 7 hours as I travelled from a far destination already and wanted to freshen up before my long haul flight. They have Netflix, which worked well. I stayed in a duplex studio which had everything inside that needed for cooking, fridge. The room was very large with an area allocated to the sitting room to watch TV. As said, everything looked brand new. They also gave me 2 bottles of water but I already came with my own so didn't take them. Once you book, they forward you a code to enter the apartment and they are easy contact if you require any help. Their response time is quick too. They also give you transfer information if needed, which works out a lot cheaper than those rip off taxis at the airport. Booking.com says it's 2.7km from Cancun airport, which is why I chose it but I later found out it was 6km away from the airport. It only took about 6 mins from hotel to airport so it wasn't a problem.
