“A little maintenance would go a long way to lift a hotel worthy of more recognition.”
The room was very clean albeit a little tired. The view to the Dardanelles was uninterrupted and enjoyable. The breakfast was one of the best that we’ve had in Türkiye over many trips and enjoyed in a very pleasant dining room.

“Very nice”
Large bed, firm but comfortable. Excellent shower. The room & bathroom were clean. The room was very spacious. The staff are lovely. The parking outside was great. We requested extra pillows and they were there when we got back.

“Super close to Troy”
The food was exceptional. Excellent local wine from Gallipoli region. Extensive breakfast. Very helpful staff who went out of their way. You can walk out on to the beach and a new deck has just been built to sit on. The water is surprisingly clear.

The location is very nice and quiet. The restaurant is fantastic (the price is reasonable for the quality but very close to European prices). Breakfast was really good and plentiful. Excellent staff at reception and very kind at the restaurant. I add a note: this hotel was the first of 12 on our tour of a good part of Turkey. I would like to express a general thought: if you want to make tourists pay certain prices ( which are no longer the ones you can find in many travel reports)then the staff, menus and many other things should have "at least" a little English language. Otherwise the Türkiye / Price balance becomes absolutely unfavorable.

Only had 1 night as a stop off but had a very friendly welcome at reception. Located on the beach, our room was overlooking the sea, very spacious and clean. Food in the restaurant was reasonably priced and delicious. Staff were great

“Sunsan Hotel” is situated south and very close of the towns Canakkale and Kepez directly on the Aegean Beach. It is very convenient place for the tourists, which have desire to make one short stop in their way to other landmarks on the Turkish Aegean Seashore. The hotel proposes direct access to the beautiful beach and in same time own swimming pool. The rooms in the hotel are very good with amazing view to Dardanelles and European coast. In the hotel there is enough qualified restaurant, which proposes very good and tasteful dishes from Turkish cuisine. The staff of the hotel is friendly and always will be in help for the guests. For drivers in front of the hotel there is also parking place. I could give advice to future travellers to don’t avoid this very convenient place on Asian Sea Shore of Turkey.

Simple hotel with friendly staff who do not speak English well but make an effort to communicate. Perfect as "transit" hotel (we stopped for 1 night on our way to visit the ruins of Troy). The location directly at the beach is very nice and the atmosphere is lovely. We liked all the friendly cats and dogs that populate the beach and garden of the hotel.

Lovely hotel on the beach - we were out of season and were upgraded to a very nice sea-view room. Copious breakfast. Friendly staff, but very little English spoken. Good but quite expensive restaurant.
