“Great place to stay”
It was located perfectly for us, close to the ferries for our early departure in the morning. A nice walk through the old city area very close by. Also close to the Trojan horse, and Marine museum. Staff were friendly and sorted out a parking issue very promptly.

The staff is polite and responsive. The hotel has its own parking. The breakfast was good. There is a nice view. The location is perfect for walking.

“I recommend!”
I stayed at this hotel for the 9th time and finally received a non-smoking room, which made a difference. Otherwise everything was ok, especially the parking which is a big plus for those traveling by car and the breakfast. I recommend!

“Ok for 1 night stay, with inside parking”
Close to ferry and harbour; inside parking; rooms from Helen Park building are better/ larger than those from Helen hotel building (the 2 buildings are linked one to another); breakfast ok; last time difficulties paying by card, this time it was ok; has elevators; many restaurants and shops around;
