“Fabulous retreat in Mekong Delta”

We had a fabulous stay at Mekong Silt Ecolodge and were impressed by their customer service. Alex and Amy were very helpful with all of our requests, booking us taxis and nice recommendations for tours, and foods to try. The communication was great and we were contacted in advance via WhatsApp with clear instructions on check in and the address. As we arrived we were picked up by electric cart and driven to this lovely location. As you enter the resort you will see the amazing greenery, beautiful gardens full of nature sounds and birds. At night you might spot few fireflies and the sound of cicadas and crickets fills the air. Very nice retreat from the hustle and bustle of the city. Here you can truly relax and the location is great to experience Mekong delta. Our cottage was facing a small lake full of fish and you see few small lizards lurking around. The restaurant serves fresh food and salads picked from the gardens right by the restaurant. Very tasty! We loved our stay here so much that we prolonged our stay by another couple of days.

Beautiful garden, amazing room (on stilts with view over the little lake), nice swimming pool, good restaurant, very friendly staff, free bicycles with nice cycling opportunities in the area around the hotel - little paved lanes along the canals with the occasional motorbike, visit to ecogarden very nice. About 30mins by Grab from Can Tho (walk to the monastery on the main road for pick up otherwise they won’t find you). Floating market tour straight from the lodge without the need to drive, leaves 6 am. About 30 mins to the floating market for breakfast

Lovely tranquil setting in the Mekong Delta with bikes available for guests. All the staff -especially Alex, Amy, Kay, Hana and Anne - were super attentive, helpful and friendly.

Nice location and comfortable resort.

Nice place! But very strange customer service: we first booked 1 night and then texted them to cancell this because we wanted a bitter room for 2 nights. The money for the first booking was still deductief and during our stay Mekong silt ecolodge said they would send the money back. 2 months later still not received and we regularly contact them to follow up.

“A touch of Mekong Delta life in a tranquil setting.”

I cannot express enough how happy we were to be here for two nights. I have stayed in different types of accommodation all over the world and this is one place I will always remember. The lodges ooze character and authentic charm in every sense. The outside ensuite bathroom was quite unique, yet still so private. For a start the staff showed an incredible amount of patience and were very calm, soft-natured and helpful. The staff at the lodge allowed us to check in an hour early, which was also greatly appreciated following our extremely long journey from the Czech Republic. As far as the amenities are concerned it affords a pool peppered with marigolds and coconut trees. We had the fortune of staying right next to it. By night I was able to swim under the moonlit night accompanied by the occassional firefly. Last, but certainly not least, is its position away from a main road. Thus it can only be reached by small tarmac lanes or river. The area surrounding it is enveloped in vegetation, jackfruit, durian and banana trees. It's peaceful, good value and I truly hope that the owner maintains the standard of this place in years to I wish Mekong Silt Lodge all the prosperity it deserves and a very Happy Lunar New Year. Pool, resort room and gardens, staff friendly., great floating market tour.

The rooms are great. The bed is comfortable. No insects inside. There are some mosquito outside in the evening, but you can ask the staff for repellent. The swimming pool is clean and refreshing. The territory is clean and feels like a gardening full bloom. The staff is very friendly and communicable. Thank you for the pleasant time.
