The location is very good: Quiet with great views of the hills, nice for walks, but a only 10 minutes from busy Chiavari and the Sea. The owner is multilingual and a quiet and very helpful man who does everything to make you feel at home. The house is old and has Character/Charisma, as well as the vintage furniture. We should go there again!

Place is amazing - historical building, spacious and in a beautiful location. We enjoyed every day spent there. It’s conveniently located to all small sea villages which you can explore including Portofino. Host Ricardo is great to chat with and was very helpful. Highly recommend this place.

I absolutely loved it. I felt at home. I am most definitely coming back as soon as I can. The feeling of the house, the warmth of the host felt like a dream. Trust me you will never not want to go back after you visit Ricardo’s home.

Nice location at the mountains, surrounded by forests. Very silent area where you can rest and enjoy the nature. The host is very friendly and knows well the vicinity, can provide a lot of insights and recommendation what is worth to visit. You can experience the rural atmosphere, common kitchen and teracce foster new connections with other guests. We highly recommend that place, good value for money.

“Beautiful and quiet historical house in the nature”

We liked everything about this beautiful historical house. The garden with its fruit trees, the incredible view from the terrace, the friendly owner Riccardo and talking to the other guests in the shared beautiful kitchen. Also our room was comfy and had everything we needed. It is very quiet and surrounded by nature, but the coast is only a short car ride away. It’s perfectly located for day trips to Cinque Terre, Portofino or Genua and Riccardo has shared some good recommendations for the region. We would love to come back and would definitely book again.

The property is amazing if you like peace and nature. the house is old (antic) and very well maintained , rooms are large and i had a private bathroom. Everyrhing is clean with authentic charm. Yoy can use large kitchen, terrase and balcony - its excellent and there is a beautiful view. The car can stay at the property . The owner Riccardo is very friendly and helpful. He speaks a lot of languages and can explain about surroundings, Genoa ,italian traditions etc.. I was pleasantly suprised and had a great stay , i wish i could enjoy longer this natural resort and the house!

Location away from the city nestled in nature. Spacious private bathroom with shower. Ample parking space. Your are in Chiavari in 10-15 minutes ever you can park for free and is well connected by trains to Cinque Terre, La Spezia, Genoa, Pisa etc. Unbeatable price for the area.

We had an amazing stay at Riccardo’s. The setting is beautiful, quiet and peaceful. The house had everything we needed and Riccardo was very helpful. The location is great for exploring Liguria.
