“Excellent customer service, beautiful accommodation”
I would leave 100 stars if it was possible! Their customer service is impeccable! There was a small misunderstanding about their services. I booked this hotel because I wanted to take advantage of their spa and restaurant. However, when my husband and I arrived, they informed us those services were temporarily unavailable. (For a justifiable reason.) Honestly, we almost left to find another accommodation with those services, but then the manager and her team rectified the situation. They were extremely generous and accommodating to ensure that we were comfortable and satisfied. We stayed in their room with a hot tub. Everything was beautiful, clean, and functional. The bed was extremely comfortable! The showerhead was perfect! The breakfast was delicious! Every area that we explored on their property was gorgeous and cozy. (Sauna, bistro, deck, lounge, tree house, etc) I highly recommend this hotel. Likely all of their services (restaurant and spa) will be functional again in June/July 2026. You will not regret staying at the Dom Hotel. 10/10!

staff are amazing, so friendly. great location. peaceful even given it is close to quiet road. relatively small boutique feel is nice and relaxed. nice layout with views from rooms and nice airy restaurant. Great breakfast included and time we went very good value for money. Free foot massage for us both was a nice touch.
