“I do not recommend”
The air conditioner probably needs servicing - it worked 24 hours a day but the room was very hot. The exhaust ventilation does not blow anything outside. It returns all the hot air with odors back into the room. The windows and doors are of very low quality - you can hear cars and trains driving from the street, and you can hear neighbors walking and talking from the hallway. From the window there is an amazing view of the trash can, from which flies also fly into the room.

“Decent place in a good location but not much more”
Close to the beach. Several nearby amenities such as supermarket, beach bar, cafe and restaurants. Apartments had AC and a decent kitchen with fridge and freezer. Friendly staff
