We really enjoyed our stay. The owner was kind, explained everything, and spoke very good English. The apartment was clean and nice. Great location, very close to the sea.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Letizia as a group of four. The villa is beautiful, spacious, and very well maintained. The outdoor area is especially lovely, with a peaceful garden that made it perfect for relaxing. Everything was clean, comfortable, and we really appreciated the quiet location. It felt like a perfect getaway.

The friendship and shared information were good. It was strange but true that it was my first time staying in an accommodation without toilet paper, soap, or drinking water.

The apartment and the surroundings are really beautiful, but the equipment is miserable. An old small fridge that doesn't freeze, kitchen equipment in small cabinets on the floor, no towel hooks, no trash can..etc The worst thing is the sofa bed that presses strings into your ribs, it's dirty and full of biting insects, you just can't sleep there. Bonus are the little red ants everywhere.

Nice apartment with large terace and garden in a vila. Safe parking for motorbikes. Beach just 100m away.

Location was OK, outside of the city, quiet place close to the sea. The house was great, our girls enjoyed the garden. The host was very nice, waiting for us with the keys and explaining us everything.

Raymundo was helpful in showing us around and explained everything related to the villa clearly. The apartment itself is a short distance from a nice beach and is perfectly designed for a holiday by the sea, with plenty of space to chill in the shade. The equipments are basic but OK. The apartment itself was clean and in good condition. Be aware that no soap, shampoo, cooking oil or kitchen salt are provided so bring your own. Unfortunately, we were going there as a midway stop between Cefalù and Palermo in April so we didn't get to hang at the beach but I would imagine it to be very pleasant in the summer months.

Our stay at Villa Letizia was wonderful! The villa is located in a quiet area, close to the sea, and surrounded by greenery — perfect for relaxation. The garden is beautifully maintained, with great outdoor spaces to enjoy. The rooms were clean, bright, and well-equipped. The hosts were very kind and provided all the necessary information. We felt right at home and would definitely love to come back! The only downside was the lack of a trash bin inside the house, which would have been helpful.

The property is a shared villa with 4 apartments. It's in a quiet area very close to a beach. It has a nice garden and parking places in the vecinity. Our apartment had 1 bedroom, 1 living room and a closed terrace witch was also a kitchen. The host was very nice and waited us at the villa even though it was very late.

Good location, nearby the beach, clean apartment,the host was very kind. If we ever visit Sicily again, we will definitely come in this apartment.

The host was really helpful and friendly, the house is on a great location, the rooms are nice and cosy. The only problem was that there wasn't enough toilet paper, no soap in the bathroom and in the kitchen there was no salt, oil or coffee.

Apartment is in the quiet location on a private beach road. The garden and the terrace are excellent. Secure parking. Very close to the beach. Not far from train station with parking. The host is really responsive and helpful.
