We had high expectations, and they were far exceeded. 10 Points for the fantastic apartments with their upscale amenities, private pool, private parking spaces, the complex itself, and of course, our Umberto, the best host we've ever had on our travels. He knows the area extremely well and gave us extensive advice, revealing the region's hidden gems. A modern train station is just a 5-minute walk away, and the beach with its private beach areas, beach bars, and restaurants is also within a 5-minute walk. Gelso Bianco Apartments is well-suited for couples (in love), families with children, and guests of all ages. Another special feature: the complex is very safe, monitored, and secure.

He gave us a comprehensive tour of the villa and the apartments, sent through lots of recommendations in the area and responded to messages quickly. The apartment was beautiful and very clean upon entry. The pool was lovely and the warm water outdoor showers were a bonus.

The owner was very friendly and gave us lots of useful travel tips. The apartment has separate room entrances from different directions. There is private parking. We had a lovely stay with our kids, and they enjoyed the swimming pool.

Stayed here from July 21- July 26 The only reason I'm giving this place a 10 is because the owner Umberto was really nice and accommodating. If you had a question or needed something, he made sure it was done and that you we're happy! It's a beautiful place but too much for the value in my opinion. Appartment was nice and modern inside but lacked certain things. The toilet bowl seat was broken and would come off. The kitchen did not have gloves for oven rack and lacked some kitchen utensils. Only had one drying cloth for hands in kitchen. Had a coffee machine that was broken, but Umberto quickly replaced it. There's a beach not far away from walking distance, but not the nicest beach. Overall it was a nice place but not sure I would pay 320$ CAD/night for this place.

“Landscapes inspire. A feeling of freedom at altitude”

Five minutes' walk to the sea. Beauty. But if that seems like a lot, there is a swimming pool in front of the house. I like it. It's a quiet place, there aren't many people in the city, I'm glad. Definitely 10 out of 10

Firstly, there is need to mention about the host, Umberto. He is very helpful and responsive. He welcomed us at the check in, giving us all needed information. Of course, during entire stay he was ready to support us, whenever it was needed. The apartment itself is modern, well equipped. You may enjoy nice swimming pool with sunbeds. This is an excellent choice for either adults or families with children. The beach located nearby is nice. I would recommend a Lidio dele Palme restaurant, where you can find huge variety of pizzas, as well as seafood.

We had great time in Gelso Bianco Villa. Umberto very friendly and thoughtful host, his tips for must visit places are priceless. The apartment was equipped with everything you need. The highlight is the washing mashing🙂. Close to the Cefalù and the railway station. We enjoyed it very much. Dear Umberto, thank you very much for everything you did for us. When our son was ill during our stay, you really saved us, I will never forget your kindness and support. Thank you for everything and take care! Sending you my warmest wishes!

Berto communicates very clearly and responds in an instant. The pool is really nice and the palce is relatively close to the beach.

We had a wonderful stay in Gelso Bianco Boutique Apartments largely thanks to our fantastic host, Umberto. He was very responsive and always willing to assist us with anything we needed. Despite a minor Wi-Fi issue upon arrival, he kept us updated and made sure it was resolved quickly. The apartment was clean and well maintained with everything we needed, including a fully equipped kitchen and a washing machine, making our stay very comfortable. It also had a direct access to the pool which was open 24/7. Despite the fact that there were three more apartments in the villa, it never felt crowded or loud.While the area itself is quiet and somewhat away from the city center, it is close to the beach and some nice restaurant options which are just within a five-minute walk. However, for grocery shopping or to visit Campofelice, a car is essential. The train station is also a short seven-minute walk, making it easy to visit places like Palermo and Cefalù.

Great pool with option to use it also in the evening - even at 22-23, which was supercool for the kids. Specious, well equipped apartment, AC and WIFI working fine. Close to the beach and great spot for Cefalu and Palermo car or train trips (Cefalu is ca. 18 min by car). And of course fantastic host Umberto who helped us with everything and gave us some useful tips (thanks, Umberto!). Really recommend "A Paranza" restaurant at the beach promenade - great selection of pizzas and seafood. It's good to make reservation as they are really in hight demand in the evenings. Conad supermarket - 5 minutes by car. This place is 4 apartments house, so you never feel overcrowded, we almost always found a slot to be alone at the pool. The beach is rocky, so you will need special shoes for kids, but they are available to buy for 10 euros at the beach seller stands. Cefalu beach is sandy, so you could make a trip there as well. The little town of Campofelice di Roccella is also nice place to visit - 6 min by car.

It’s in a quiet location and well laid out with a nice pool area. The apartment was very comfortable. It was a short walk to the sea where there’s a good restaurant and cafés to watch the sunset.

Umberto is a lovely and helpful host and the property is very modern and is a really nice place to have a base to explore the surrounding areas. The local beach and Umberto restaurant recommendations were also great too. Also made lots of use of the plenty outdoor areas including the pool. Secure parking was also an added bonus for peace of mind. Property is fully airconed too which was great during our hot stay.

Amazing. Very caring host Umberto arranged everything for us, from extensive list of local sights and offers with free compliment drinks in restaurants up to doctor visit arrangements. Top experience! Apartment was very clean, spotless white. Supermarket is 4min away, beach is walkable distance, cefalu is 15min drive. Washing machine was saving us too! Our top pick in Sicily. Worth living noisy busy Palermo to chill here. Pool was all ours , umbrella and sunbeds were our place to be when making a break between trips around. Definitely recommend! Parking onsite is available and place is very calm . Airco’s in every room )
