“Beautiful apartment, safe, clean and comfortable.”

Umberto was so welcoming and helped us with useful information on arrival. The apartment was spotless and both double bedrooms had very quiet air conditioning making it easy to sleep. The covered terrace with BBQ is perfect and we spend loads of time there. The shower could do with an upgrade as has a curtain, but was clean and perfectly serviceable. The pool is salt water and wonderful after a day sightseeing. It’s only a 5-10 min walk to the train and two stops to the lovely Cefalú, so easy to get there for an explore. A few minutes to the beach, which is unspoilt and clean, but doesn’t have much in the way of facilities. There are a couple of beach clubs nearby. Don’t forget to visit the actual town on the hill above this place-we were lucky to be there for fiesta week and saw a free Gypsy Kings concert in the town square-quite something! It has some nice restaurants and is very pretty. Overall a 10 and would return.

We enjoyed our stay. The area is very well maintained. The pool is clean and comfortable. The beach is a 2-minute walk away. The owner is very welcoming and friendly.

Great space for 4 adults. Loved the terrace and the pool. Easy walk to train station for day trips to Cefalu. Umberto is very enthusiastic and responsive.

Umberto is just a perfect host, gave us good addresses for lunch and dinner locations; kitchen was equipped well. close to the beach, both Cefalu and Palermo easily accessible via train. terrace with sea view and two cute palms. the saltwater pool is outstanding.

Umberto was a very good communicator and welcomed on arrival, explaining everything about the property and places of interest nearby. The flat had good wifi and A/C and a beautifully kept pool. It was close to the beach and the nearby town of Roccella, and also the railway station for Cefalu'.

Clean, what is most important. The apartment was equipped with the most important needed items. We also got the baby bed as requested. Nice area around the apartment with a place where kids can run or play. Nice pool with deckchairs, and showers. Parking spots in closed areas. The beach is close.

Nice Pool and ourdoor area, close to beach. Umberto was very welcoming and friendly. Always available for questions. He gave us some really good advices about the area and good restaurants. Car recommend, it's a 20 Minute drive to Cefalu. Private parking available.

“Relaxed and enjoyable stay at the sea and close to the montains”

The apartments are well positioned for those who want to be in a quiet place close to the beach (about 3 minutes walk) as well as a train station, which is just 5 minutes walk and has a good connection (though a bit irregular) to Cefalu, Palermo and other places. This place is ideal for families with kids. If you have a car, you can also use the apartments as a base for trips to the hills and Madonie mountains in the south, with some fantastic towns and villages around. We loved the outdoor pool, a nice garden and a terrace, especialy in the upper-floor apartment. There's also ample space for parking a car, both on the street and on the property. And, most of all, the owner, Umberto, was super nice -- always available (also when we arrived), giving a lot of advice...and allowing us to stay longer on the day of our departure. Loved the garden and pool area. The accommodation was bright and airy, cheerful. The apartment was easily kept cool during both daytime and night. There is a staircase from the garden to the apartment but didn’t present a problem at all. The little balcony area with table was great in the evenings to sit out and have some thing to eat and drink. Love the fact that it’s literally 1/2 minutes walk to beach.

Umberto is a real host. He was waiting for us prepared with advice and tips. The accommodation is perfect, shopping is nearby. The restaurant (Casale Drinzi) recommended in the nearby mountains is a must if you want to eat well. The wild boar stew is excellent.

“Relaxing time by the beach”

Excellent hosts and nice, spacious apartment. Great quiet pool area and just a stroll down to the beach and a gelateria. The beach was not crowded although it wasn't easy to get sunbeds at the beach clubs during weekends (they were not in use, but all reserved according to staff). Short train ride to Celafu, last train back is around 9 pm. Also ccount for extra time due to slow and sparse ticket machines.

Umberto is the most polite and nice person I've met on Sicilia, offer polite, full profesional support, offer restaurants recommendation and is always try to be helpful, I really recommend!
