This apartment has everything you need to spend a nice time with family or friends on vacation. Danielle was helpful and helped us with renting a car, gave us advice on places to visit and where to go for a good meal. There are even 2 supermarkets and a train stop within walking distance

The villa and location are absolutely stunning. It truly feels like a little piece of paradise where you can relax and forget about everything. The atmosphere is peaceful, cozy, and surrounded by beauty, making the stay genuinely special. We loved everything — every detail is thoughtfully designed with care. A special mention goes to the host, who is incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful, making the experience even more enjoyable. We would be more than happy to come back again!

Responsive and friendly service (Daniele), wonderful location near the beach, supermarkets and the train station (by train to Palermo much less stressful than by car). Nice seating areas outside the house, car parking space, locked gate.

It is a well equipped super cosy apartment which is located very close to the beach. For a family vacation it is more than perfect. The area is very quiet. The host was super helpful and responsive.

The property was in a perfect location with views to the beach and also in a great location to be able to visit Sicilys many wonderful tourist attractions. (also only a five minute walk to the station and a ten minute walk to a very good supermarket where you could buy everything you needed). Everything was provided for in the villa which you would require for self catering and also an excellent restaurant ten minutes walk away along the beach called Lido delle Palme which served amazing food and drinks at a very reasonable price and the staff were friendly.

It is very convenient that the house is close to the beach (nearby, perhaps a 1-minute walk through the garden), has a spacious terrace with deck chairs, and parking next to the house.

“A great place especially when it is sunny”

The outdoor space is wonderful with plenty of chairs and sun lounging areas. Unfortunately, it was raining when we were there so we didn’t have the chance to enjoy the beautiful outdoor space too much. We did, however, take advantage of the hot water outdoor shower, which was relaxing and private from neighbor views. Daniele is a super nice guy, helpful, and very accommodating. Although we were only two people, there is ample space for many more as there are two bedrooms downstairs as well as the one upstairs. The location is 2 minutes from a long stretch of clean beach. Parking is within a gate, easy and safe. To reach the old town of Cefalu it takes about 20 minutes by car. Kitchen had plenty of utensils, dishware, and pots/pans. A bottle of drinkable water was provided (but you will need more from the store).

Very comfortable, really very spacious, clean and well equiped apartament. Communication with host was perfect, was helpfull (he came to fix problem with WiFi, gave us recommedations what to visit, where to go to buy fresh fish, etc.). Outside toilet and bath is very good when returning from beach. The beach is very near. Air conditioning is in the kitchen and with the help of fan the air can flow to other rooms. One bedroom is on the ground floor, the other bedrooms are in the basement, which has less daylight, but it is good in hot temperatures there. Villa has another one apartement, but architecture ensures privacy also from other villas. It is in enclosed area with closed gates and a space for parking the car.

“A large and comfortable villa equipped with everything one would need for a family vacation”

A comfortable villa equipped with everything one would need, one kitchen / dining room, 3 large bedrooms, large terrace, quiet area in a beautiful environment. A nice beach is in 2 minutes of walking. The landlord met us, even though we arrived late in the evening, showed everything around. We enjoyed our staying, would be glad to visit this place again.

Fantastic location! Just 15 minutes away from Cefalu, property is just a 100 meters away from a beautiful beach and a few minutes away by car from a small village with all amenities. Its equipped with a bbq area and surrounded with private terraces ideal for entertainment or simply to enjoy some relaxation time. Kitchen was also fully equipped and all bedrooms were clean and comfortable. Private Parking is available right near the property.
