Everything! The room and pool were spotless, breakfast was delicious, and the service was absolutely top class. The owner was incredibly kind and even gave us a lift to the train station. The maid was fantastic too – nothing was ever too much trouble. Genuinely one of the best stays we’ve had. Highly recommended!

Friendly and helpful staff, and the house owner Vincenzo is ECCEZIONALE. There is a wonderful garden and a great large swimming pool, including hydromassages. Our room (green room) was very clean, with a change of towels every day, but we had a tiny bathroom and a small shower. Breakfast is delicious. They serve both sweet patisserie and fresh prepared savory, and with relaxing jazzy/lounge music in the background. The stones beach is just a 4-minute walk from the house (beach saddles are advisable). We had a fantastic staying, we definitely recommend it.

Very friendly and nice place, close to the Beach. Owner very nice and welcome. The Lady from the Staff very kind and helpfull - lot of information shared and help about area. Rooms very clean with amazing smell (magic design). Breakfast very taesty with many options (not only Italian). Place very cery quiet - the Best if you want to take good rest from the noise.

“Perfect for our overnight stay visiting Palermo”
Its really a bit of an oasis located at a convenient intersection near the rather chaotic city of Palermo. We booked it for an overnight stay to visit Palermo on our recent Sicily trip. Very friendly owner/staff, small but good breakfast (very good croissants!) on the veranda. Our room also had a gigantic terrace overlooking the large, not yet filled (early April) pool. Very quiet surrounding (gated area of vacation houses with parking space on the premises) and we had a good night of sleep.
