The owner Umberto was charming and very helpful. Lovely room with comfortable double bed and spacious bathroom. The entire facility seems to be newly renovated to a very high standard.

“Clean and comfortable!”
The room was very spacious with a very comfortable bed and ambient lighting. The bathroom was very clean and modern with a great shower. I loved the touch of the Nespresso coffee pods and selection of tea! It made the place very homely. The host was very kind and accommodating, letting me check in two hours early to fit with my plans.

It would be wonderful if I could communicate in basic English. It would be a problem if I didn't have an Italian friend to help me check in, payment etc. Even the information inside the room was in Italian only. And it would be nice to have the tourist leaflets in English as well.

“Excellent stay”
The apartment is in a great location and has been renovated with great taste. The room are spacious and so was the private bathroom. The beds and pillow were good quality and really comfortable (to me, mattresses are a very personal thing). The common area is very nice - there's a basic kitchen set, tables, and 2 sofas. There's free coffee/tea provided, as well as the breakfast in the bar downstairs (basic italian breakfast - coffee and a cornetto). I can't say enough good things about the host. Umberto went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect and had a couple very thoughtful gestures that speak to the kind of person he is: I'm from Argentina, so one morning he showed up with a smile on his face and showed me he had bought a sleeve of Nespresso's Buenos Aires lungo just for me. He also went to the store and bought various food options for my last breakfast, knowing I would checkout really early and everything would be closed, and left it for me at the apartment. I am sure I will be staying there again whenever I go back to CB.

“Great!”
The owner was very friendly and hospitable, and the place is very clean and comfortable. The bathrooms are huge and luxurious.
