“Horrible stay”
They gave us a filthy room at the ground floor with insects, no pillows (?), spotted sheets and towels, hairs on the bed and filthy floors, “luckily” they gave us the room next to that instead, however, who in their right mind creates rooms on the ground floor in the hallway next to the entrance??? The room was very badly isolated and because of 24h reception, people were shouting, talking, laughing, all night long. Never heard of silent hours? I have been to hostels more quiet. Qe were barely able to sleep. Moreover, there were cockroaches at the breakfast and still spots on the sheets. The breakfast was chaotic and unpleasant. I don’t understand where the 8.2 average is coming from, I feel scammed. I barely slept because of all the noise, which was not even just people but lots of random noises in the hotel and outside. Horrible stay. Would not recommend.
