Check in and check out process both VERY SLOW. Front desk staff did not seem well trained. ALL OTHER STAFF WERE EXCELLENT. OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS EXCELLENT. ONLY ISSUE WAS CHECK IN AND OUT PROCESS.

Very friendly staff, did answer all questions and spoke english very well. The breakfast buffet was more than perfect, such a nice variation of really everything. Also the gym is well equipped and the rooms are really big.

It was the best breakfast I have had after several months visiting Brazil. Excellent food and great variety. The location of the hotel was near the city park and the huge Bioparque, full of many interesting fish from around the world.

Great choice for everyone who wants to relax and enjoy a good breakfast (local specialities included). Although the hotel is not in the city centre it is very well located close to the famous park with capybaras.

“Best breakfast buffet I have ever had in a Brazilian hotel”
The hotel doesn't look of much when approaching by car, but it is very high standard once you get inside and staff is very helpful. The hotel is way above the standard of usual Brazilian business hotels. Best breakfast buffet I have ever had in a Brazilian hotel. I especially enjoyed the pool with a caipirinha while macaws fly in circles in the sky.
