“Excellent value for money - Large and confortable rooms”
I messaged the property before check in asking for high floor facing the back of property as I wanted a quiet room. They accomodated me on the top floor and the view was great and no noise. Matress is of excellent quality. Room and bathroom spacious. Plenty of space to work from the room. Breakfast is so and so. Nothing exciting about it. Vallet parking works really well and all staff are attentive. Gym is ok. Pool too small and a little crowded during the school holidays. The location is good to move about and close to Viracopos airport. Excellent value for money with booking genious discount. I booked a second stay which was equally nice. I will be using this hotel again.

“Only for a very short stay/emergency”
The staff was supportive and help me with the last-minute request, due to a medical situation. But everything is charged and notices about the penalties and costs are everywhere, it appears the hotel must make the guest aware of minimal costs required to pay. This is very intimidating and unnecessary.

A very nice and friendly lady on reception who spoke English (she was the only one who did though). Thank her very much for help! Tasty breakfasts. Good location in the city, close to a mall where you can exchange your money and buy a sim-card.
