“Terrible”
Unfortunately, my stay was quite disappointing. This is a managed apartment rather than a traditional hotel, and the experience felt unnecessarily complicated and stressful — not what you want when you’re trying to relax. From the moment I booked, I was bombarded with messages asking for ID and sending huge amounts of information. It felt more like preparing for a business transaction than a holiday. The instructions for getting into the apartment were long and confusing, and the access process itself was overly complex due to the security setup. Despite all the written info, it still wasn’t easy to follow. The apartment itself was underwhelming. The air conditioning unit is only in the living room, which means the bedroom gets uncomfortably warm — not ideal for a good night’s sleep. They also left just one coffee capsule, which feels extremely stingy, especially for more than one guest or a multi-night stay. Towels were thin and not particularly comfortable. Overall, the experience lacked warmth, comfort, and ease. I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.
