“Beautiful stay with great people in a stunning location”
I liked everything about it. Beautiful house, beautifully decorated rooms, very comfortable and quiet, lovely breakfast, stunning location and very convenient for the old town. The owners Simonetta and Luca were great, friendly, accommodating and couldn’t do more to help.

Perfect location for the start of our Tuscany Trail 2026 adventure. Very kind hosts who were extremely helpful. Great rooms with superb views. Breakfast was good too.

“Will go there again”
We know the area and location very well and therefore we knew it would be'right'. The hostess was good, the breakfast (we could have had eggs as well) was fine. Bed good, en-suite excellent. Will go there again when we go to Campiglia.

“An amazing place to stay with a super character that mimics the town”
The owner was extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful. The view from the bedroom window was fantastic. The character of the property was amazing. The breakfast room was full of interesting memorabilia. The Italian style breakfast was good.

“Perfect quiet location in non touristy town”
Great location just outside the old city wall with a beautiful view of the valley. The hosts were able to let us in early to settle and enjoy the quiet location. Great common room with all necessary kitchen appliances and dishes. Nice town with very few tourists.
