“Delightful little hotel next to the busy historic centre”

A delightful hotel located just on the outskirts of the historic centre. The staff were extremely welcoming and nice, with some staff speaking English and some not. The ones not speaking English wasn’t a problem as we were able to communicate well with Google translate and basic words. We were able to do a load of washing there too for an affordable price (we had a medium sized bag for $70 pesos), and they showed us to the pool which was just around the corner. We would definitely stay here again if we came back, would recommend.

Clean and very spacious room. Massive comfy bed. Fridge and microwave in the room. Parking inside the hotel. Balcony. 15 mins walk to the main square. clean bathroom with nice shower. Friendly and polite staff.

In walking distance of the market and the city centre. Very friendly manager.

We asked for different room, as the first one was very dark an not nice. Staff was friendly and offered a room an the first floor with view on the small pool for the same price. This room was nice, comfortable with nice hot water in the bath room. Pleasant stay

“Very unsafe and unpleasant stay”

Very basic accomodation that would be just fine, if it wasn't for the lack of security and safety at the property. There is nobody on the door and it stays open through the night. Very disrespectful guests, one of our neighbours was playing loud music and being extremely noisy until 4am in the morning. We had to go and get someone from the reception next door to try to break in and keep them quiet. The hotel is located on quiet dark street away from the center and was full of men drinking even at 4am, so walking to the main reception at that hour, I felt very threatened and uncomfortable. Also at around 3am we had random people knocking on our door and trying to get in. You can imagine how unsafe and uncomfortable that felt. We had no apologies from the reception about our situation through the night. Also our room had window not to the outside but to the corridor with the other rooms. Very little privacy as you need to keep the curtains closed at all times. In the morning we packed our things and left first thing. I couldn't imagine staying in that place ever again.

Awesome pool with outdoor shower and terace. Safe parking place near to the hotel. In one of our rooms was a fridge. English speaking staff.

A handy place to stay, halfway between the ado bus station and the town centre and right near a big supermarket. A very comfortable stay and the pool was a nice bonus for cooling down after a hot day walking around town,

Very smelly room, when you turn on the ac it smells like sewage. Bed was super soft and bouncy.
