The location was great and the staff was very friendly and helpful in arranging tours and providing me with directions. The hotel was very clean.I love d the roof top terrace.

“Check your room, before you pay !”
I have worked with booking.com for more than 10 years, my experiences have been very good so far. I thought they would help me in a situation like this, they didn't. They need to check their hotels, this was obviously not the one shown in their list.,The reception was dirty, the young man behind it had a dirty T-shirt on.

“Great for the one night we stayed in Campeche City. Not too far to walk from the bus terminal.”
The location is excellent, in the historical part of town but just far enough removed from the pedestrian zone to make it a bit quieter at night.
