“Quiet”

Friendly hosts greeted me on arrival & gave me lots of info, quiet area, relatively new rooms & bathrooms- things work well, neat & clean, a 10-15 min walk to the main square. More like Airbnb than hotel.

Very nice hosts with lots of information about the city. Best shower I've found for a while! Nice little kitchen with basic equipment and free coffee, but they don't provide drinking water. Great location in a very Mexican neighbourhood, with restaurants close by, yet very walkable to the historic centre. A very comfortable stay.

Lucas and Elda were so friendly, sincere and welcoming. The property is clean with comfortable double bed and hot shower. I slept so well. It’s a quiet location a few blocks away from the historic town centre and the promenade. There is a small shared kitchen ( potentially 6 sharing) but there is a table in the courtyard if everyone is eating at once). Hotplate, a kettle that you need a very high IQ to operate and a small fridge. There is a drying rack in courtyard for laundry. There is a very secure lock for entering and exiting the property and you have a key for your own room. Towels provided. There is lots of local information provided via WhatsApp and some pdf files that Lucas and Elda have put together) . There is AC and an overhead fan in the bedroom as well as a tv. I didn’t really need the AC. The fan was quite adequate. There is a large Walmart nearby where you can buy bottled water ( no filtered water available) and fresh veg, meat and veg. Theres also an excellent market in the town centre

Small homestay, near sea front, 5 walk minutes from large supermarket, 15 minutes from centre (about US$4 taxi from ADO bus terminal). Safe and quiet area. Key access to accommodation, separate key to own room. Lovely owners, English and Spanish spoken, and good communication via WhatsApp (including lots of local information provided). Very clean. Payment in advance via Booking.com. Excellent wifi/internet/network throughout. Very clean, basic kitchen, 1 ring electric hob, electric kettle, small fridge/freezer, pots, pans, crockery & cutlery. Coffee for guests. Table and chairs to eat at, small patio area at back for relaxing at. Genuine effort to recycle tins and plastic bottles! Solar panels. Small bedroom, comfortable small double bed, hanging fabric shelves, bedside shelves and light switch. Ceiling fan and air-conditioning. Lighting OK. Flat screen TV (with streaming, eg Netflix). A few powerpoints around room. Pleasant temperature. Small bathroom, hot shower, good lighting. Towel rails. Shower mat. A lovely gem of a place!

Luca was very welcoming and made us feel right at home. The room was spotlessly clean and fresh. The shared areas were great, including a nice little kitchenette with kettle, fridge and a place to eat. A really good place to stay. Close to both the Centro and the sea. Walmart a five minute walk. Definitely recommend it.

“Wonderful stay in Campeché”

I had a wonderful stay at Casa Rosanna. Elda and Luca keep the place spotless and make you feel welcome as soon as you arrive. They have put a lot of effort in making the house cosy and welcoming. My room was very comfortable and l enjoyed the privacy of a private bathroom.

Staff were amazing, helped with everything

The hosts were amazing, they took me to restaurants and shows, made me fill like part of the family. Nice rooms, walking distance from the center (15 minites or so) and the boardwalk.

Nicest Hosts ever! They have lots of recommendations for you and will help you wherever you need. The rooms were also great and very spacious with a private bathroom. Kitchen was well equipped and location was perfect. Huge Supermarket (Walmart) was 5 minute walking.

We stayed at casa rosanna for 2 nights and it was great! The owners are SO nice and kind, they greeted us personally and explained everything (bins, front door lock etc.) thoroughly and in English as we dont speak much Spanish. It is a quiet, family-feel place, room and bathroom very clean and shower had great water pressure and was hot. Location is great, about 10 minutes walk from the centre and they gave lots of great restaurant reccomendations nearby. They went out of their way to accomodate us, letting us store our bags and cook food in the communal kitchen after we had checked out as we were waiting for our overnight bus, and ordered us a taxi. Highly recommend this place to all! Muchas gracias!
