Overview
This Ontario inn overlooks the Trent-Severn Canal and offers a fishing dock and boat rentals. The hotel offers access at the dock for guests and is within a 20-minute drive of Lake Rice. All in all it was a good experience for one night. It has a wonderful view of the river and has a patio area. There is also a swimming pool, however we were not able to enjoy most of these things because it was quite cold when we went.

Positives - a place to stay overnight that wasn't the back of our car. Bonus, the room was clean and sheets smelt like tide pods so were definitely washed. Lovely outlook onto the river right outside your door and the air conditioning unit worked great! The owners were friendly too.

“A hidden gem in a beautiful location.”
This is a hidden gem with well-cared for rooms and friendly staff. I can't think of anything we didn't like about the location. I will definitely book again in the future and recommend it to anyone looking for accommodations in the Campbellford area.

Nothing. I arrived with service dog and was told to get out. I was yelled at and the owner used profanity almost from the beginning. Save your money and stay away from this place. Cost me $170 for the place I wasn't allowed to stay. Owner refused to refund the money.
