Sitting directly on the beach, this hotel is 10 minutes’ drive from North Island College. Each room offers a private terrace with ocean views. A daily hot breakfast is served in the oceanfront dining room. The Anchor Inn and Suites offers either themed or classically decorated rooms. “Definitely A Great Stay”
They are renovating, and the room was bright and clean. The room was spacious, and the bed was comfortable. The view from our hotel room and the breakfast room was fantastic.I really liked the service with the ladies at the reception desk. A big shout out to Ashley. Lovely young lady, so very helpful.

The location is wonderful overlooking the Georgia strait. Our was large with 2 queen beds. Microwave, fridge and coffee service. The front desk has amazing staff. The dining room serves up a great breakfast and dinner. The servers were wonderful and the food was delicious.

“Excellent value for money.”
We had a lovely ocean view and brought binoculars to view the sea lions and birdlife. We had a delicious meal at the restaurant and also enjoyed the views over the ocean while we ate our dinner and breakfast. We had hot scrambled eggs with toast and cubed hash browns for breakfast (plenty of food to keep us going for our morning heading out birdwatching at Tyee spit). The Hotel staff were all friendly and helpful. We also loved seeing the fat racoon lumbering along in the foliage below the hotel (so gorgeous).

“A comfortable, happy experience!!”
The view from our room was beautiful-especially the sunrise over the ocean view from our room. Our king size bed was very comfortable and the room was nicely furnished. Your long time hostess in the restaurant is a delight and we understand that she has been working at the hotel for 20 years!! I am also happy to hear that you will soon be under the Best Western ownership-I have been a fan of best Western for many years.
