Literally “room only”. No kettle or tea, glasses or cups. Wi fi didn’t work. Didn’t need air con because of time of year but imagine it could be hot in summer. Pool was covered up

This Villa has wonderful gardens, the pool is situated in a small meadow just down the hill from the villa. Giovanni was a very helpful host. The small hill town is quite spectacular to view from the Villa grounds. The room was without AC, but portable fans heplped us cool down on the hot summer days, and there is always the pool... ! Recommended for all who want to get off the beaten track a little.

“Relaxing but disappointing in the finer details.”
Amazing views, beautiful grounds and pool area. The village is stunning but closed a lot of the time for lunch and closed Tuesdays, just check timings. we got caught out a few times.

The place is beautiful. Large gardens (more like a domain), large rooms and one of (if not the best) hosts I have encountered. Located in a small beautiful 13th century village with an excellent restaurant almost adjacent to the site. This place is ideal for couples and families (there is an aviary as well as a large outdoor swimming pool). They have two bedroom apartments with a kitchen (where we stayed). The owner (Louisa) was extremely helpful and booked restaurants for us. . Would love to come back and, frankly, if I could rate the place 11, I would!
