We really loved our stay here. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and beautifully designed, with a perfect mix of modern and rustic furniture that created a cozy countryside atmosphere. A special thank you to Alina, who was absolutely amazing: always kind, approachable, and attentive, constantly checking in and making sure everything was perfect. She truly made our stay even better. The location is ideal if you’re looking for peace and privacy, away from the chaos of the seaside. The pool is a great plus, especially during the warmer season. Overall it’s a wonderful spot to relax and disconnect.

We had such a lovely stay at Marrucheti 82! The location was absolutely beautiful, surrounded by stunning views in every direction. The accommodation was spotless and very comfortable. Our hosts were incredibly responsive and attentive, even providing breakfast and making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. A perfect spot to relax and enjoy countryside — highly recommend!

We really enjoyed the space and the modern style of it. The pool is amazing - and such a treat to swim in this spectacular view of Tuscan hills and countryside. It still close to shops and things to do and see - but a car is s must. The staff is really helpful and really did s great job in making our holiday a lovely experience.

“A perfect spot to relax and disconnect, right in the middle of nowhere”

We stayed for three nights and it was absolutely amazing. Waking up to those views is truly priceless. The staff made us feel right at home — always there if we needed anything, yet giving us all the privacy we wanted. We definitely recommend taking the breakfast; it was varied and made with local products. Our room (Nord) was clean, spacious, and had everything we could wish for. We’ll definitely be coming back! P.S. The dog is the sweetest :)

This place was AMAZING! We went during the quiet season and pretty much had the whole place to ourselves (besides another couple, but we didn't even see them at all). The staff there were very nice and accomodating to all our needs. With our early morning check out, they even prepared us some food to take away with us. Thank you to the owner and amazing staffs for the great experience and also to Mirai for the company!

I had an absolutely incredible stay at Marrucheti 82. Having frequented everywhere from the Ritz Carlton to the Four Seasons, I wasn't expecting Marrucheti to be such a luxurious, life-changing experience, but it far exceeded all of my hopes. The breakfast was excellent -- freshly baked cakes, local orange juice, croissants, organic yogurt, etc. A beautiful spread with an even more wonderful panoramic view of the countryside. The room was cozy, clean, and comfortable. I shared the bed with a friend but it was roomy enough for two of us to not be on top of each other. The view from the property was... breathtaking. Although there isn't much to do in a walking radius of the property, there are plenty of nearby activities easily accessed via car. We explored the local beaches, the town of Grosseto (which had delightful restaurants), and the marina. I will definitely visit again. Couldn't reccomend more.

it was truly the pleasure to take a stay on Marrucheti 82. When I saw it booking for the very first time, I've already known that this is a dreamy place for us thanks to the view from the pool. It gives everybody the perfect Tuscan vibe and is a very good choice for all the people who want to take some rest from the crowded places and just chill with stunning view in the silence. Our stay was only for one night and this is what I regret a bit, but for the next time in Tuscany I will definitely choose Marrucheti 82 once again. The Lady of the House is very kind and helpful, always smiled and ready to help you with anything You need. The grasses, tress, pool, beds and generally suits or rooms are always perfectly well-kept. The breakfast was also very good, it is served individually by the Ladies of the House.

The place, landscape and the view from the pool is magical. Everything was clean, the apartment also beautiful. We also had two bathrooms even there was only one shown when we booked. As a group of 4 people we were very happy about that. Loved all the animals around - in the territory there are 3 cats, friendly dog and we even saw a doe for a second from the kitchen window.

Such a beautiful property that is away from the busy areas. The staff are lovely and the dog & cats were super cute too. Great value for money and I loved how accessible they made the properties for people in wheelchairs.

Wow what a place! Whilst it feels like it is in the middle of nowhere (which is also its appeal) it is only a 15 min drive to Grosetto and an hour from most must see locations in Tuscany. An easy drive from Florence. The accommodations is excellent. By far the best place we stayed in our travels in Italy. Beautifully decorated, beds were comfortable, everything we needed was there. Kitchen facilities, full size fridge - all the comforts of home and even a resident dog and cats! Beautiful pool and plenty of room in grounds for all guests to have private areas to sit and appreciate the 350 degree views surrounding the property.

Beautiful interiors, beautifully kept gardens. Modern and functional, yet traditional and beautiful at the same time. Quite a rare find for the area where hotels are often not modernised.

We loved the design of the houses, the furniture, the pool and the view. Everything was very clean. You can definitely come here to relax! You even can order drinks and snacks all day long and boom a lovely breakfast in the morning or a tapas plate in the evening. Everybody is super friendly and helpful.

Marrucheti 82 was the perfect place to relax and unwind for a week. The apartment was beautifully furnished and spotless, as well as spacious for a family of four, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. We all loved the infinity pool. Access to Netflix was a bonus to keep the children indoors in the midday sun!
