“Fabulous stay in both houses”
Everything was great and we had a fabulous week. We rented both houses for 11 of us and they’re very clean and comfortable. The pool was lovely as are the grounds. Staff are super helpful and responsive. Highlight of our trip was finding the tortoises in the garden by the shed - they enjoyed a few outings in the garden and some lettuce leaves. Also, Calcata is hugely interesting historically and a stunning old village with some lovely restaurants and plenty to see.

Photos are showing exacly how it is in reality. Enough space for 4 persons; two bathrooms; Air condition help to maintain proper climate during hot days/nights [ground level + 1st floor: separate AC in bedrooms]; washing machine; full equipped kitchen; great pool which is more than 2m depth on the end with the safe cornice all around; nearby [500m] Little authentic town which comes alive a bit afternoons; Very good access roads to Rome or Naples. Proffesional host. well maintaned garden.

“The best place to stay”
The place is amazing. The surroundings were so relaxing. I stayed from November 8th till the 20th, so I had enough time to enjoy the house. The fireplace adds to the place a lot. Also, the place is equipped with all that you need. Must add here that the host is always responding to whatever we need, let alone the generous welcome food, fruits, and smacks that they prepared.

Amazing gardens. Pool all to ourselves. Lovely hosts and perfect location to access Rome by train. Villa itself was cosy and very well supplied and lovely and cool in the hot sun. Facilities more than met our needs. So much to explore in the local area too
