“Lovely clean and quiet apartment”
Lovely quirky apartment. Very clean and quiet. Located almost on the Via Francigena and close to restaurants bars etc. Lovely breakfast in pastry shop close by. Great communication from the host both before and during our 2 night stay. Nice shower. Comfortable bed

Good location near the Via Francigena and the more interesting part of the city. The check-in was simple, and the room was nice and clean. The washing machine was very useful and so was the drying rack on the small balcony.

“Clean comfortable in a good location. Facilities second to none”
9.5 on booking.com. Couldn’t fault this flat in any way so not sure why a rating of 10 was not appropriate. Everything you need for short or longer stays in a modern, immaculately finished apartment in a good location.

“A Perfect Stop in Campagnano di Roma”
The apartment has been beautifully renovated and makes great use of the space. Fabiana was great with all communication and helpfully sent us a link to get our Francigena stamp. A comfortable stop to recharge on our Francigena walk. The washing machine was also a huge bonus.

Great apartment with washing machine and a cooperation with a bar which opens at 5 am. You get a marvelous brakefast including cappuccino, corneto and a juice. The ideal spot to stay as a couple on the via Francigena.

“Great apartment in convenient location”
This is an attractively furnished, extremely well equipped apartment in a safe and convenient location just outside the medieval centre of Campagnano di Roma. The cupboards were full of useful items- even liquid for the washing machine, and a choice of shower products. Entry was simple, via a key safe, and communication with the owner via WhatsApp was excellent. The bed was comfortable, there were loads of hooks to hang towels and washing, and it was lovely and clean.

“Lovely clean studio flat, good location.”
Lovely and modern, everything in good working order. Prefer a table with proper chairs as they took up a lot of space. No sofa or lounge area, it’s a studio rather than a flat as no separate bedroom.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Spacious, clean and comfortable. A stylish apartment with everything you need for a great stay and the croissants at the patisserie are top quality. The shops and restaurants are within minutes’ walk. It was an ideal stop on the via Francigena. The hostess is fantastic; communication was excellent, checking in and out very easy. I would definitely stay here again and thoroughly recommend it.
