“Great stay and room was very clean”
Lovely staff and always helpful. Take bus 80 from Venice to Lugo (5 euros charge) and the hotel is just 1 min walk from the stop so very convenient.

Cleanless was orribile, the bed was used before my staying, so much dirty inside the linen, bathroom with residual in the water with sanitarized on the top, price very high for this so little room . The morning was so unhappy with bad smell coming from the bathroom. The floor with food residual.....

“Comfortable and affordable accommodation near Venice”
This 3 start B&B is conveniently located about 20 minutes from the Venice parking. Rooms have been recently refurbished and clean. Our room for 2 adults and 2 children was rather small but sufficient. Breakfast is great and the owner is very kind and helpful. Ample parking space. Also close to huge ALDI store and shopping mall.

The hotel is located close to the main road, but it was not noisy at all. The room was spacious and clean. The staff were very friendly. The breakfast was excellent - egg, ham, cheese, vegetables.
