“Awesome stay ❤️”

Such a peaceful and warm place to stay. The host is also very accomodating and sees to your needs accordingly. The room we stayed in was on the ground floor. Absolutely spotless, comfortable and having all the basic needs. Very good value for money. You do need a car to get out and about but that is the main scope of staying in a peaceful location away from it all and yet few minutes away from small and also major towns and cities. Ample parking space on site and a continental b'fast is also offered. Coffee, biscuits, jiuces, yogurt, cereal and water are available even before bfast hours for those who are on the run earlier than bfast time. The restaurant on site is run by same host/hosts and the food is lovely including the house wine which we loved. I am not usually a big fan of house wine but I can honestly say that the red house wine we had here was awesome. We definately will stay here again in the near future. The location is great if you want to visit Venezia and Padua. The rural area is perfect for families with children and dogs. The staff is very very friendly and open for unusual needs. They provided us gluten free breakfast and dinner when the lady from restaurant got to know that I have this problem with eating meals. There are donkeys and hens - all very friendly and a dog who is greeting everyone (especially our female dog - very charming by the way like all Italians ;) ). Its really perfect - its not very rich but from my point of view there is everything which is needed for holidays. I hope I will be able to visit this place again.

Clean and spacious room. Good bed, comfortable bathroom, big closet. So cute to walk our dogs at the farm and camping and meet the donkeys, peacocks and sweet farmdog. The owner gave good advice on how to travel to Venice city center. We had a great time. Grandma's breakfast and service were superb. Thank you!

A clean, modern guest room in a pleasant rural environment. It is comfortable, even good for work, with fast Wi-Fi. Close to Venice, if you're traveling by car, it's a perfect base!

Food from local products, good breakfast. We ate dinner - 2 courses were too much, didn't have a space for dessert. Good house wine, very cheap.

Cannot praise this place highly enough - stayed for seven days and felt we were part of the family. Nothing was too much trouble - even providing a full dinner having arrived back well after the restaurant's closing time - and a mine of local information. Ideal base for Venice, Padua, Verona etc. The family run restaurant serves superb Italian food with plenty of choice.

Good place for tourists, who want to visit Venice by car and stay in the calm place - it's only 20 minute drive. Family farm with cozy rooms, marvelous restaurant (everything is fresh and delicious), own parking and beautiful views around. Good Wi-Fi, very clean, extremely helpful and nice hosts.

In fact everything. The owner gave us a perfect advice about a visit to Venice. Besides that, the owner and his family is really super. Natural kindness and very interesting. The farm is situated at a quiet place and easy to find. The rooms are spacious and very clean. More than enough space for parking. The breakfast was really tasty and more than enough. We advise the visitors to eat at the farm's restaurant. Very tasty home prepared food and a lot. For sure that the owner and his family like to give their guests a good feeling. Absolute top. We are grateful for all that has been offered.

Located on a real farm you can enjoy the food produced there in the restaurant on the premises. We enjoyed dinner and breakfast, both very abundant and delicious, and talking to the owners was very informative and pleasant.

Quiet and nice place, beautiful nature around and cozy villa. Paolo and his family were friendly and pleasant people. Our room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was testy and sufficient. Especially good coffee. Another food very nice natural and a good price. Venice is not far 30 min by bus, keep in mind that the bus stop is 2 km away on foot, but by car it's quit comfortable.
