Location is fabulous. Close to all amenities and beach. Apartment was spacious, well equipped, clean and comfortable. Pool area was lovely. Owner was very helpful and gave us a very warm welcome.

Great location for the beach. You can view the sea through the trees. You do get some washing up liquid, a toilet roll and basic kitchenware (2 saucepans, 2 frying pans). When asked, we did receive blankets as it was chilly upon arrival and there weren't any in the apartment. It is okay that no cleaning supplies were in the apartment as the floors would get clean when using the shower, because the base is flat and no shower door, if the drain gets even slightly blocked, water very quickly makes it into the lounge. Good value for chiropractors back home, who you'll need to visit after time spent on the old sofa and uncomfortable beds. Great for precision driving practice navigating the tight carpark.

“Good place to stay at, highly recommended”

Really good place with very nice staff. There's a new pool, playground, gym, and plenty of private parking. The owner truly cares about the guests and is always ready to help. The apartments are newly renovated and clean with everything you need. The beach and walking paths are very close, and there's hiking in the mountains nearby. A small shop and a restaurant with breakfast are right next door, and a Lidl is just minutes away by car. The area is quiet, safe, and nice. Highly recommended! Street View photos are old — everything is new and renovated now.

Really good location. Communication with the host was good. Accommodation very spacious for 4 adults sharing .

Next to the sea. There is a parking inside the building, what we found very nice. There is a little supermarket next to the apartment, but quite expensive.

The apartment is well equipped and is very conveniently located. It is right next to a small supermarket and within 100m there are restaurants, cafeteria, bar and yet is situated in a calm and cozy neighbourhood without the hustle bustle. The property is also quite close to public transport and taxi stands. The spacious on-premise parking lot is also an added bonus.

If you're looking for fun and party, this is not it. Quiet location ( we stayed in winter). Highly recomend a car.

Location of this property is absolutely great. Beach is just 50 m away from this property. It has a private parking space, which is absolutely well appreciated. Check-in and check-out possibilities are quite flexible. I would any day go and stay there again next time when I’m in Mallorca.
