“Very relaxing couple of days in Camogli”

A very cosy room, with terrific views. Situated high above Camogli, it is just a short bus trip from the train station, and a beautiful walk down via a lovely path if you wish. Our host was very kind and we thoroughly enjoyed the stay, which was a great starting point for exploring Cinque Terre. Camogli is one of the nicest places in the whole region and Casa Portofino is located effectively within a small village, with local restaurants and stores nearby.

The bed was very comfortable , nice big towels and extras in the bathroom such as shower gel. There was also condiments .. olive oil , salt and pepper plus water , juice and snacks .. very much appreciated . We had access to 2 terraces and the view down to Camogli was stunning

“Comfortable studio with amazing views!”

Small but comfortable, the place is all about the view. Roberto is very nice and helpful, secure parking for a small fee right at your door, functioning kitchen with gas cooking. Recommended to visit a supermarket before you arrive, although Roberto provides water and juice and snacks. Air conditioning is good. All around it’s great value for the price.

“Great accommodation with a spectacular view”

The location is perfect. It's up on the hill looking out to Camogli and the sea and so the views are breathtaking. There is a large terrace where you can sit to enjoy the sunset and the view. Although it situated in a village, it is a main interchange point for the buses from Genoa, Camogli, Rapallo etc so it was very easy to travel without a car and the bus stops and village centre are only 2 minutes walk away. There are also who bars/restaurants, a bakery, a grocery store and a pharmacy. The accommodation has everything you need and the kitchen has all the equipment you need to cook. Roberto, the owner, lives next door and was very helpful and available if you need him. He even left me a selection of food and breakfast items as well as coffee for both the machine and the moka. The bed was very comfortable for me, it was a firm mattress. The inside of the accommodation has everything you need but the best part was definitely the large terrace and amazing view. It's why I chose this accommodation and I was not disappointed.

“A Dream Stay at Casa Portofino – Unforgettable Experience!”

From the moment we arrived at Casa Portofino, we were absolutely stunned by the breathtaking scenery awaiting us. The views are beyond anything we could have imagined – every time of day brought a new kind of beauty, and we truly cherished every minute. Our host, Roberto, was exceptionally kind and welcoming. His hospitality went far beyond our expectations. He greeted us warmly and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay, from fresh towels and coffee to breakfast essentials. He even surprised us with his homemade limoncello and some fresh lemons when we left – such a lovely touch! The apartment itself was perfect – cosy, well-equipped, and incredibly comfortable. The bed deserves a special mention: it was unbelievably comfortable, which was a huge plus for my back, especially since we stayed for seven nights (and still didn’t want to leave!). We enjoyed every minute, from morning coffee to sunset dinners, with the most spectacular view you can imagine. One of our highlights was buying fresh fish and preparing dinner at the apartment while watching the sunset. The location is also very convenient. Just a stone’s throw away, there’s a little shop for essentials, a trattoria with the best Mandilli al pesto we’ve ever had, and a bar right below the casa that also offers a great sunset view and food. The bus stop is just a minute away, and we used a local app to purchase tickets easily. Just note, if you're not driving, in May, the last bus was around 8 PM, and taxis were hard to find after that. But honestly, we didn’t mind at all – coming back to Casa Portofino in the evening was a treat in itself. Camogli stole our hearts. It’s so authentic and charming, and visiting in May was perfect, peaceful and not overcrowded. We can’t thank Roberto enough for making our stay so special. We highly recommend Casa Portofino and will definitely be back. It truly felt like a blessing to stay there.

“Perfect place to explore, value for money”

Location spot on, Good car park, easy to explore the area. Kind and helpful host. Small but comfortable place with the sound of the church bells.

Roberto made the check-in very easy. Good contact, he was very helpfull. The appartment is great, very clean and everything you need is there. The view is amazing! We loved to sit on the big terras and just enjoy the view with a nice glass of wine. There is a nice bar ' Nico's bar' and a great trattoria just in a 2 min walk. Good bus connection the the beach and a very nice parking spot for your car. We loved our stay and would definitely book again if we come back to Camogli. We loved the fresh lemon's we got as a goodbye gift from Roberto. is it still available? Hurry up, Book it now!!

Excellent communication with the host, lovely property with views over camogli - gorgeous sunset. Easy bus route down into camogli or can walk to San fruttuoso. Highly recommended!

“A perfect cosy retreat with wonderful views”

A fabulous view over Camogli with easy access and parking on site. Even if the restaurant just below (excellent btw) was closed for holidays, my hosts recommended an even better restaurant less than 5 minutes away (La Loggia) with more exceptional views of the bay

Such a beautiful view and great place!!! Easy to get to main camogli beach either by bus or walking. Great location bus stop, store and chemist fives minutes down the road.

We loved the apartment, it was cosy, well equipped and had a wonderful view to the coast and the sea. Signor Roberto is a very kind and helpful host. He povided us with coffee, tea and biscuits for breakfast. The apartment is located in a beautiful quiet place and there is a small bakery, a restaurant, a pharmacy and a little supermarket only a few steps away. Also, the bus stop is very close.

Hospitality of landlord was hlvery high! There was everything you need to survive if you forget something at home (hair dryer, soap, shampoo...). Kitchen was well equiped, all elementary ingredients and food was included, excellent coffee with machine for preparing was available. It's close to bus station, from which you can easy access to Camogli, Santa Margherita, Rapallo or Genova. Parking lot was available. There was also awsome view.

Amazing view down to Camogli, the b&b is in a residential area of town and not in the centre, but if you want to head into town there is parking there. Facilities were nice & stay very comfortable. There is a small kitchenette but not everything you need to cook a meal.

This place has the most beautiful views one can imagine. The hosts are very friendly and helpful and the apartment was clean, cosy and well equipped. Safe private parking and bus running from very near by to Camogli and Santa Margherita. Warmly recommend!
