“Great homely feel, in nice neighbourhood”
We stayed for one night whilst attending the Scotland-Haiti game at Foxboro. Contacted the team to check if early check-in was available, quick response confirming it was and our room was already ready for us. Lovely greeting when we got to the property. Room was perfect - as described and more. Breakfast was very good.

“Would definitely stay here again”
I really liked how cozy and comfortable my room was. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, and the staff was super super sweet. I was there for only 2 nights so they kept my huge luggage bags in the front. They were so accommodating. Also, the shared bathrooms were cleaned well, they were pretty much spotless.

Excellent location, spacious room, delicious breakfast, convenient kitchen to keep and eat your own lunch in, free coffee and cookies! Overall a great experience. I loved the books and reading material available for guests to enjoy. I'm certainly staying here again.

Great staff, very helpful and polite. All places were carefully clean. I used a room w/ shared bathroom and was impressed on how well kept it was. Great breakfast. The fresh yummy cookies all day at the entrance was a must!

Excellent value which is the best thing about this accommodation. Charming, quiet and safe neighbourhood well located near to Harvard square. Friendly staff, 24hr concierge, appreciated the free cookies and coffee and luggage storage.
