“4 night family stay for Boston Marathon”
The staff were amazing from when we first stepped foot in the hotel, nothing was a hassle to them and they were so friendly and helpful a real credit to the hotel. The room was brilliant just what we required and we had a nice view in the morning to wake up to. The bed was super comfy and the food was delicious

“Stay away from this hotel”
I went to Boston to make my daughters move in at the University and I stayed without any money. Every day the hotel was taking money from my bank account from my credit cards due to I don’t know what problem at their system. I spent hours at the hotel and on the phone to solve this problem with the manager and the problem could not be solved. They are not professionals. I was borrowing money to get through with my trip to US and they were trying to get these money every single day. Even when they assured me that they disconnected my credit cards from their system that same night they tried to get money from one of my cards. The next day they told me that this one was forgotten. The result is that all the amounts around 800 euros in total have not yet returned to my bank account. I am just waiting a few more days. It is unbelievable this hotel is a Marriott and appears in booking.com.

Very elegant and modern hotel. Great room with lots of places to put your suitcases and toiletries in the bathroom. Nice shower and comfy beds. Great European style breakfast witch we have missed during our stay in The United States.

“Other than the heat in the room, everything else about the hotel was great.”
