Cambridge is a beautiful location and a nice drive from either Rotarua or Hobbiton. Hostess was lovely. Nice view from our room. Nice bathroom and the bed was comfortable and the apartment as a whole was quite modern. Nice restaurants/pubs in the area.

The location is perfect and our reception was really pleasant, despite me having parked in the wrong area. The room was private and well stocked. Megan provided us with a great welcome and explained all that we needed to know. The breakfast was more than sufficient for our needs.

A beautiful property in a gorgeous location - perfect for our day trips out to Hobbiton, Hamilton and Waitomo caves etc. loved everything about the property - the little touches always make a big difference too!

The check-in was seamless and the instructions were brilliant I really appreciated the radiator being put on in advance of my arrival The bathroom was lovely and the shower was phenomenal Breakfast was delicious!

Great facility, bed was very comfortable, spa provided with spa towels. Yummy breakfast available with lots of food and drink options. No AC but ceiling fan was nice. Hairdryer and bathroom essentials were provided. Awesome view out of the window in the morning, beautiful garden. Host was very accommodating for us to get ready early as we were heading off to a wedding.

The location of this property is superb for rowing. You walk out the gate at you are at the lake. Very convenient for a rowing regatta.

The room looked out on a beautiful property with gorgeous gardens, a koi fish filled pond, fire pit area and hot tub. Very private and relaxing. The little dog greeter Lola was adorable. The breakfast was a great variety of items. Megan was very nice.

“Pretty good”

The location was very scenic with a lake across the street and a coffee shop also. The immediate outside was very pretty and was generally pretty good. The river stone shower was a nice touch. And a big bathroom

Very pretty little place that my partner and I have already talked about returning to. Everything was all ready before we got there. Communications were easy!

“Idyllic Waikato Retreat”

Absolutely gorgeous setting on the Mighty Waikato River next to Lake Karapiro, this lovely young family has created a serene garden with a koi pond, a fire pit and a hot tub amidst old growth trees and, it just being springtime, had a bursting cherry tree in full bloom that was full of Tui in the morning. The peace, serenity and proximity to my work group hui (5 minute walk across the road) couldn't have been better!
