The cottage is just lovely. Nice and quiet up a driveway away from the main house. Has a beautiful little verandah out the front to enjoy your brekky in the sun. You are surrounded by beautiful acerages and it is so neat and clean. Nothing not to like at all 🌿🫶🌼 thanks for having us, ps love your wooley girls 🐑

We were in Cambridge for rowing so this property was perfect, just 5 mins from lake. House was immaculately clean, comfortable and peaceful. A touch of the country only 5 mins from central Cambridge

Benn Cottage is our home away from home. We must have stayed at least 5 times. Great location for rowing regattas. It has everything you need to make yourself at home.

The door was unlocked and the lights were on for us as we were late arriving. Gina came and checked we were ok the next morning. Everything was spotless and very well equipped. Will definitely be back

Absolutely fantastic experience staying at Benn Rd Cottage! 5 stars countryside environment plus the mountain views, funny animals around, the room settings are extremely clean and well tidying. Plenty of spaces to park vehicles. Only problem was trying to find the location, but it was the GPS issue, nothing about the cottage. 10/10

Gina was a very friendly host, she even made the effort to contact us during an extended power cut to make sure we were OK and to see if we needed a torch.

It is in a beautiful location. The cottage is very comfortable and cosy and has everything you could need for a lovely stay. Every possible amenity is provided, and the host is very helpful. A great place to stay for rowing at Karapiro.

Lovely setting away from main house. Surrounded by paddocks with animals to watch. Breezey open plan longe, kitchen and dining Close to facilities if needed. Lovely bed linen.

Benn road cottage was an unexpected delight. We were looking for a quiet night after a hectic weekend and found it ! supremely quiet farm location, easy as to find and check in a breeze. We actually arrived an hour early and Gina was totally non plussed . All facilities are first rate, beds / kitchen / bathroom. Cannot find fault. We like to "save" bnb's for future reference, when travelling and Benn road got quickly added to that list . Thank you Gine a lovely albeit brief stay. See you again one day .
