So quiet, beautiful surroundings and lovely hosts. Couldn't ask for anything more. Plenty of breakfast food and snacks. Very happy with the location and views from the apartment. Perfect place to come if you want to be near to amenities but still have the serenity of the country and a home away from home. Modern and comfortable where you can do as much or as little as you like. We came for the farmers market and to get away from it all.

“Lovely accommodation in a peaceful setting”

The apartment was spacious and light and had a lovely view from the bedroom. The hosts have thought of every little thing you might need - generous breakfast provisions, snacks and fruit, extra towels and blankets, tons of magazines and books. We needed to do washing as our machine had broken down just before the weekend so having a washing machine was an extra bonus. The location is great and was a really handy distance from attractions, and very close to the local town. The hosts were lovely and welcoming. We were very comfortable here, it was a nice place to relax.

Everything. Really tastefully decorated. Good size and there were loads of little extras provided by the hosts who live underneath the apartment. Even though it was advertised as ‘breakfast not included’ there was bread, yoghurt, cereals, fruit and eggs laid by the owner’s hen. Couldn’t fault it in any way

Outstanding studio…can’t rate it highly enough. Very spacious, equipped to a very high standard, peaceful location, good base for visiting Hamilton, Hobbiton, Raglan etc and superb breakfast. Lots of thoughtful touches…cookies on arrival, great selection of hot drinks, snacks and fruit…great toiletries and comfy bed…an absolute gem of a place to spend a couple of nights.

The unit was exceptionally good- very quiet, clean and comfortable and the bed was very comfortable. The amenities were also fantastic especially the eggs, fruit and yoghurt. It also was very good value for money.
