Lovely cute house for our first night stay in France, quiet location, friendly host. Great for family staying together, good WiFi and parking!

This house was so cozy and comfortable. It was in a great rural French village and the host went out of her way to be helpful . It was well equipped and lovely and clean . So many helpful tips on days out and a real lovely holiday vibe .

“We had a perfect stopover on our way back to England. Everything is provided.”

Le Clos du Carpe Diem is a beautiful property located within the grounds of the hosts house. Parking is safe and immediately outside the front door making unloading a car very easy. We have stayed here several times as it is the ideal stopover for Calais but we intend to stay a bit longer in future as it is such a wonderful property in an interesting part of France. Sylvie is very friendly and helpful.

Very convenient- about 1 hour from Calais and 10 mins off A26. This was especially welcome as our Tunnel crossing had been significantly delayed

This was self catering cottage. Chose the location due to its proximity to WW1 sites. Have stayed here on several occasion before and never been disappointed. The host, Sylvie, was a delight. Within short drive from Arras

The decor was wonderful and made the place feel very homey. Sylvie met us even though we arrived a little earlier than expected. She showed us around and explained everything. The facilities had everything we needed, there was plenty of room and the parking was good.

Great place to stay on our route South. Very friendly/helpful host. Walk across fields nearby suitable for dog. Pizza takeaway in village (limited opening).

Charming property, very comfortable. Would have loved to have stayed longer. Nice pizza place, very grateful it was open as we arrived with nothing, and there is little else close by.

It's a lovely place to stay, the design of the property is very natural, it has a lot of plants around and in the back a gorgeous garden. If you like the type of countryside houses this is the right place to stay.🤗😉

This was a lovely gite, with lots of wonderful homemade touches from our lovely host. It was in a very quiet neighborhood, which helped us have a relaxing break! Sylvie was a great host - very kind and attentive. There was also a great multisports area just over the road which our children loved!
