“Beautiful views and hospitality”

The hospitality from Antonio is unparalleled. He could not have been more welcoming, helpful or kind. The views from the property are magnificent, and the breakfast was a treat. The location is excellent - very central for many hikes.

This is the most stunning location, an incredibly beautiful home, with the kindest hosts. Stay! We came for the hiking but the gardens and surrounding horses are heavenly too.

Super nice host. We had a flat tire and each morning he made sure we had air again in the tire without us asking him. The homemade breakfast for 10€ a person was super delicious and the perfect start in the day. All the animals around are giving you a lot of peace!

“Wonderful and peaceful stay!”

Antonio was such a friendly host! Although his English is limited, we could work it out with some basic understanding of Spanish and translator apps. We ordered breakfast for both days and he made us some homemade pancakes with honey as well as fresh orange juice. It was really good! The room is very spacious and clean. It also has blackout curtains which is nice. And both during the day and at night it is very quiet in Posada Las Espedillas. There are outdoor terraces which are lovely to sit and enjoy the views surrounding the property. There is a private parking with a little roof over it, so no worries about parking your car.

This is a very special place with a stunning mountain view and the Host was super friendly! He explained different hiking trails and how to get there easily. The breakfast contains a lot of homemade and home grown items such as fresh tomatoes and fresh pancakes with delicious honey from their own bee hives. Beds are super comfy and the rooms are very clean.

We had a great stay. The host Antonio was very welcoming, helpful and informative. The location was wonderful. So peaceful and stunning scenery. The accommodation was very clean. The breakfast was great too. There were plenty of outdoor spaces to just relax and enjoy the surroundings. Would thoroughly recommend as a lovely base in the Picos. Thank you.

We enjoyed our stay very much! The hospitality was outstanding - the host Antonio gave us the best recommendations and tips! There is a lovely garden to enjoy some quiet time after hiking and the breakfast was delicious (booked additionally on site). We would gladly come back and stay longer!

The property is located in the most beautiful place around the Picos de Europa National Park. Antonio and his family are amazing hosts and were so helpful in providing advice regarding local hikes, restaurants and anything else we required. Can’t ask for anything more.
