Hospitality was fantastic. Late arrival, last minute change of requests, tourist information... all our needs were accommodated with friendliness and care. Breakfast was huge!! Bed was very comfy.

The Hotel is situated in beautiful surroundings and the views are amazing. Having the use of a pool was great as it was very hot.

Great little hotel....far enough outside of potes for rest and relaxing. Great views and fabulous swimming pool. Owners are friendly and helpful. Room was a okay, very dated and small bathroom. More of a house with rooms than a hotel.

“Exceptional and welcoming small hotel”

A family run hotel with very friendly and helpful hosts. A beautiful and relaxing lounge to sit and admire the views. Plenty of space outside with exceptional views of the nearby peaks and sheep and cattle providing entertainment. Our room was large and comfortable with storage space. The breakfast was simple but generous and we were provided with coffee and wine whenever we asked. It was a perfect base for exploring the area. Pores was particularly interesting . I can’t recommend this hotel enough. It was exceptional value for money

Absolutely everything.....views, position, staff, friendliness, locally sourced food, comfort. What a gem run by a lovely young family. So much attention to detail. We even had a list of recommended places to visit in our room. Loved our balcony and the welcome from Leah the dog. We'll be back. Thank you for a wonderful stay

Very good food, good selection on menu despite being Oct & fewer tourists . Staff / owners / hosts extremely nice, kind, helpful, offered a different bedroom on other side of the hotel because the cattle had been moved to a field beside the hotel just before we arrived as they were concerned that the bells on the cattle would disturb our sleep - the cattle did not disturb us at all (even the light sleeper who wakes at almost everything). We were made to feel very welcome. Owners even lent us walking poles & refused our attempts to pay for the pole we damaged. Simply couldn’t have been better hosts. Stunning views of Picos de Europa. Peaceful, beautiful location. Would definitely stay here again & stay for longer. Exceeded expectations.

The hotel itself is so a comfortable and well looked after place to stay that is clean and so tastefully decorated furnished. A lovely homely hotel to relax in. The views incredible and the location is quiet and in easy access of places to visit. This family run hotel is is so well managed and every little detail is thought of. Very high standards are kept and nothing is too much trouble. The food and drink provided is top class and high quality and local ingredients are used in the restaurant, and the menus are interesting, so it’s a great place to eat and so convenient too. The husbands and wife team are such perfectionists and make the El Jodi such a great place to stay and relax. Will definitely return!

Good service - when I enquired for hot water, was served in a kettle with two tea cups and teaspoon. When I enquired for tissue paper, was given a small pocket packet of tissue paper and apology that i’d have to go to the town supermarket to buy a box if needed. Room and toilet were all very clean. Good scenery facing garden. Towels were clean and provided.

“Fantastic stay”

Really loved our stay at this small hotel. Great service from the owner who seemed to work tirelessly from breakfast to late evening to attend to all your needs very quickly. The food in the restaurant at breakfast and dinner was excellent even catering for my vegetarian requirements. Great little pool which was lovely for a late afternoon dip after a long walk in the hills. Nice rooms and comfy beds. Very competitively priced as well, would definitely recommend.
