“If you are looking for some quite time and an authentic stay im a cute village by the nature close to the sea this place”
This place is very unique. For very cheap price you get to stay close to the beach up on the hill. At night the village turn into a lively place which cute restaurant and caffès. The accommodation itself is very quiet and the mates on the room where mostly hikers. The simplicity of this place is very spiritual. I enjoyed it and would like to return for some hikes again.

The building as an old manaster is very charming, with lots of stairs and rooms; the garden was very quiet in the evening and in the morning, with the wonderful church tower in the background.

“Good hostel”

“Great for pelgrims”
Very kind and helpful receptionist. Great spot for pilgrims on the Via Francigena. You have all the basics you need: some drinks, a place to dry your clothes, a terrace to relax, etc. Excellent.

“Peaceful hostel on the camino”
I stayed for 11 nights as I was taking a course in Camaiore. The Ostello is an older atmospheric building which predominantly caters for walkers or cyclists on the camino. Common rooms include a large lounge, kitchen and terrace. You can eat inside or outside on the terrace. The staff are incredibly knowledgable and helpful. They keep the hostel very clean. The kitchen has a large selection of pots and pans with many plates and cups for self caterers. The hostel is really well looked after and is generally very quiet.

“Good hostel but really needs an aircon or fan in the room”
The hostel had a well equipped kitchen, plenty security lockers, a very decent bathroom, and was overall quite clean.
