The location is amazing Its super quiet you have a little river next to the house which is wonderfull The breakfast is fresh and the dinner you can have in the restaurant is amazing, we ate there every evening and had different dishes and all of them were Perfect The Host is super friendly and helps you if your in need The interiour is a little bit old but it matches with the atmosphere

It is a nice quite place on the hill. Typical agro tourism house of Toscana. If you like to go to sea, Viareggio is only a few km away. Pisa, Livorno, Lucca are near the place(20 min with car). The food is excellent. I recommend it for a pitstop on your tour of Toscana.

“ok for the money”

“beautiful stay!!”
Beautiful and quiet location, with clean and spacious rooms. The staff were so lovely, always wanting to help. I even had luana, one of the staff, offer to drive me to the station when I had no other options available - a station that’s not close by either! They also have a restaurant on the first floor which is super handy. I couldn’t recommend this stay more.

“The place to go for an excellent meal”
The Bernardone is essentially a restaurant with rooms, and is situated just off the Via Francigena. We were able to stay in a comfortable room and enjoy a truly wonderful meal prepared by an excellent chef without even leaving the property. The vegetarian options were delicious. Both dinner and breakfast were taken outside with views of the beautiful surrounding countryside.

We were effected by the Massarosa wildfires and the host were extremely accommodating during our time of need. Me and my son of 2yrs old stayed in this BnB which was fantastic as there was a little park and space for him to run and play. The Italian breakfast was wonderful and very filling! I would definitely recommend this BnB to those passing through beautiful Tuscany. From the bottom of our hearts thank you once again to the lovely staff and owner for everything!

The hotel is in a beautifu,l peaceful spot. The restaurant serves delicious food with a good choice of menu and wines. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was good.

“Tranquil B&B in a Lovely Setting”
What a lovely place! I stayed one night after a very long day of walking the nearby Via Francigena. My room was clean, quiet and the perfect size. After a little rest, I enjoyed a wonderful meal served by the friendly staff. I’m so glad I chose this spot and would gladly stay again.
