New owner who'd been operating this albergue for a few months and trying to make upgrades. Nice swimming pool after a hot, dusty walk was much appreciated. Owner speaks decent English. Had free ear plugs available for pilgrims.

“Felt so well respected as a guest in a foreign environment.”
I was amazed how kind the owner Mr Natanael can be. He offered his big warmth jacket to me immediately when I arrived freezing . Not only that , he took his initiative to call the Albergue and bags transfer company to re-arrange for bag to be transferred to his place when it was miscommunicated earlier . I think he only charge 3 euro for the breakfast that comes with fruits , pastries , cereals and beverages. . Too many nice things to say when I observe how he care for other pilgrims too.

The host was very welcoming and provided good thorough information. A very comfortable well run albergue with great facilities for pilgrims - good options for laundry, available dishes & cutlery, lounge / garden area and a pool! There are restaurants/ bars and a tienda in the immediate vacinity.

“Nice albergue, super friendly hospitaliero”
Kudos to Nathaniel, hospitaliero who managed this facility by himself. It is clean, comfortable, good wi-fi and it is in a supertiny village on El Camino. There is a good bar around the corner. Nathaniel also provided simple breakfast starting at 6 am, donativo.

We paid 13 euros at the Albergue, but they charged my bank account an extra 15,50 € anyway... I don't know why...

“Friendly family owned albergue with nice staff.”
The staff and owners were friendly and hospitable. Francisco the receptionist plays guitar very nicely and is amiable. It was great to have the resturant for dinner and for breakfast.
