“Wonderful host. Central location”

Excellent welcome by Tina and daughter who met us in town square and escorted us to secure parking. Then told us all we needed to know and sent us links to ensure we had the right details. Located in the heart of city the location was perfect. The apartment was fully equipped and very comfortable. The view to mount Etna from the kitchen was lovely. Tina was quick to respond to any messages THANK YOU for a lovely stay

Excellent location, and Tina was super helpful, explained everything in detail, and even gave me tips for the best restaurants. For breakfast they brought some typical Sicilian pastries which were delicious! The coffee machine is a definite plus. Amazing view from the windows. Would definitely stay there again!

“Absolutely DIVINE!!!”

We hit the jackpot with this accommodation. It was simply divine. The period furniture, floor tiles, spacious layout and beautiful styling connected with the artistically vibrant location perfectly. Steps away from the famous staircase and tucked away above a beautiful ceramics shop this apartment exceeded all my expectations. The church bells, the view, the location, spotlessly clean, thoughtfully styled…everything was perfect for our 2 night stay. The hosts were a highlight. Passionate, energetic and helpful couple Tina & Salvatore couldn’t help us enough. Accommodating, quick to reply to messages (we used a lot of google translate as well as WhatsApp because there is a Translate feature. We opted for the parking and this came with Salvatore instructing my husband to park perfectly directly in the private entryway of the building where we left the car for two days and knew it was completely safe. Everything was in walking distance so we didn’t need the car. They recommended restaurants and when they saw us in the street, they stopped to take photos and say hi. Seriously, they were fabulous. When it was time to leave, my husband needed directions on how to leave town and Salvador hopped in his car and we followed him until the freeway. Perfect service. Highly recommend!!!

“Beautiful town and live like a local”

We loved our stay at Caltagirone. The host Tina & Salvatore were just wonderful from showing us the apartment at check in and during our stay checking if every thing was ok. The breakfast Salvatore delivered each morning was delicious. Great facilities to do your own cooking. Location was perfect to be part of the town and very close to the famous staircase. We left a pair of shoes and they kindly informed us immediately & left them in a safe place for collection.

“excellent location and hosts”

communication with the hosts was exceptional and Salvo hand delivered fresh pastry both days (up three flights of stairs!!!) the room was spacious. The bathtub was amazingly large and separate from the shower - so nice! convenient on site parking for a small fee (make sure you advise the host that you have a car as the spaces are limited). excellent location for walking and exploring too. very nice heating unit in bedroom which kept the room toasty.

Definetly the most central location you can get for Caltagrione and with a private parking! Hosts are very nice and did their very best to accomodate for us. Parking is in an internal yard which is locked up securely at night. You can see the famous steps as soon as you step out of the property! Very comfy stay, definetly recommend.

“Best hosts ever and lovely apartment”

Ideal location, both as a base for touring and exploring the south east of Sicily; but also within the old and charming Caltegirone - a short stroll to a selection of really good bars, cafes and restaurants. Great sun rise view from the apartment as well! A very comfortable apartment with a lot of character. The absolute bonus though was being hosted by Tina and Salvatore. The best hosts! Welcoming, caring, infectiously good humoured and informative, they helped to ensure our first experience of Sicily was really brilliant. And the fresh, still warm pastries for breakfast were absolutely beautiful!

“Treat Yourself - the best place to stay in Caltagirone!”

The building is right on the main square just opposite the cathedral - you couldn't ask for a better location to explore Caltagirone! There's a private courtyard for parking and up the beautifully-tiled staircase you'll find the top-floor apartment with a spectacular view (you can even see Etna on a clear day). The apartment is well-furnished with a huge bathtub in the bedroom and a modern multi-functional shower that even plays music! Tina and Salvatore are delightful hosts, providing all the information you could ever need about the city and warm, fresh pastries in the morning for breakfast.
