We had an amazing time , property is very well maintained, super clean. The host was great ! Super patient and he even left us milk, bread , spices , olive oil etc..we had everything we needed. Private parking behind a closed gate right next to the property was also a nice addition , everything worked perfectly. Highly recommend this villa and we will definitely be back !

Good communication with the hosts from before arrival via Whatsapp and we were greeted at the property. The house is the best equipped holiday let I've ever stayed at. They've though of everything. Rooms clean, bright, spacious and comfortable. The large pool (as villa pools go) was a huge asset and even has its own shower/toilet facilities in a separate building. Huge amount of outdoor space and plenty of options for sitting in the shade or in full sun. When things went wrong (i.e the water supply went off) the hosts responded immediately and sorted the issue straight away. If visiting Sicliy again I would definitively consider this property. 20 minute drive to the nearest town/city - Caltagirone, which was beautiful and plenty of nice places to eat and visit. A superb house used as a base to explore Sicily - Syracuse 1hr 30, Gela, 55mins, Cefalu 2rs 30mins, Etnaland (visited in the evening - absolutely superb as it was quiet and atmospheric with Etna oozing lava in the background) 1hr.

The villa was spacious, spotless, and beautifully maintained. The pool area was perfect for relaxing, with plenty of seating and a lovely view of the surrounding countryside. The location offered peace and quiet while still being close enough to explore Caltagirone and nearby attractions.

Where should I start... This place is awesome in all it's aspects, beautifully kept in this quite location on the outscirts of caltagirone, is this villa which is fully equipped with all your daily needs... Large outdoor area with a good size pool where we enjoyed our sunny days and beautiful evenings full of fresh air and sorrunded by nature... And last but not least the owners are very nice generous and professional in treating their clients making you feel at home away from home 🥰 highly recommended... We'll be back😉 it is also dog friendly which is a highlight when you own one😊

“Beautiful quiet rural villa with pool that exceeded our expectations”

Lovely quiet rural location with private drive and secure entry gates. Private pool. The accommodation was spacious and fully equipped with many extras. Our hosts were their to meet us on very late arrival and talked us through all the amenities and the facilities, it was great that we were able to meet the owners of the property who remained on call throughout our stay for any questions or queries. Very clean and spacious accommodation. Air conditioning was wonderful. Outside BBQ was a bonus and pool house with separate kitchen, and toilet/showering facilities was an unexpected addition. A great place to relax and unwind in one of the several shaded hammocks or by the wonderful pool. Supermarket is just 10 mins away and Caltagirone has many facilities and attractions.

Our hosts made us very welcome and answered any queries promptly. The villa is very comfortable, extremely well appointed and finished to a high standard. We all enjoyed the pool, especially the children. Beautiful house in a wonderful setting. We will be back next year

We liked the fully fitted kitchen, dining facilities, and living area. We were two families with three children. We were given a nice welcome by the hosts Giacomo and Daniela, who were always prompt to meet our needs. We have already recommended this place to our family and friends. We will be back.

Great location for those looking for a peaceful and silent break. Giacomo and his wife are great hosts. The property is very well kept, surrounded by nothing but beautiful countryside. Will book again.

Beautiful and very peaceful location. The easy to find Villa was amazing and exactly as described in the listing with many facilities including air conditioning, wifi and dishwasher. It is also very safe as it has a private entrance with a gate. Owners are very friendly and made us feel at home from the start. They were accommodating to extra requests that we had and responded to our messages very promptly. Villa is very pet friendly with ample outdoor space. It was an amazing experience. Would definitely visit again and recommend to anyone without hesitation!
