“our holiday was ruined”
The first 3 days were really good – the villa was clean, comfortable, and in a good location, so at the beginning we were happy with our choice. Unfortunately, later our stay turned into a very unpleasant experience. While we were away, someone entered the house and stole money, phones, shoes, a watch, a backpack, and other personal belongings. What was most strange is that there were no signs of forced entry on the doors or windows, which raised very serious concerns about security and how someone was able to get inside. Even food products were taken from the refrigerator. We immediately reported the incident to the police, and an official investigation was started. However, what disappointed us even more was the reaction of the administrator / Interhome. After informing them by phone, we received no real help or urgent response. We felt completely alone dealing with a very serious situation in a foreign country. The locks were changed only after we personally went to the agency office in the city. It is very unfortunate, because the villa itself initially gave a good impression, but after such an incident and such an indifferent reaction, we can no longer feel safe and cannot recommend this place. Situations like this should never happen during a family holiday, especially when traveling with children.

“Lovely villa stay”
There were two issues -One was a curtain poll fell down and the other was the outside shower could not be turned off making the area around the pool very slippy .We reported the issues to Interhome (Sarah) who did nothing during our stay. Both could have been sorted easily and if so I would have given higher points

“Pleasant”
Decent value for money. The pool and BBQ area was good. The size of the villa and beds etc were good too. For a group of friends that wanted a cheap stay it was ideal.

“Relaxing and nice stay”
The office is easy to find and label in the front. The pickup was quick and friendly. Get 2x sets of keys and nice staff. The pool is clean and was maintained during the stay. Gated driveway that you can lock.
