The apartment was in an ideal location surrounded by pubs, local restaurants and the beach. There were no complaints about noise.

The apartment is very nice, especially the terrace. Shops and beach are close by. There is a possibility of free private parking inside the complex which we used. Valentina was very kind and accommodating and came at night to let us into the apartment. Overall, we had everything we needed and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

“Loved it! Could have stayed longer! Want to go back!”
The location was excellent. From the terrace you could see down the short road opposite all the way to the beach. A large supermarket (MyMercat) was located behind the apartment block as was the bus stop to get to the tram station. There are also markets every Saturday near the campsite a couple of blocks away and another every Wednesday near the sports ground. We were met with the keys by Valentina who showed us around the apartment and explained how things worked (her English is excellent). She had phoned me the day before to find out our expected arrival time. We actually landed about an hour earlier than expected. We also were in text contact with her when we were on our transfer coach so that even though we arrived at the apartment very early, we only had to wait a couple of minutes for her. She also phoned the day before our departure to find out when we had to leave for our airport transfer. She was slightly early arriving the next day so that we had plenty of time to hand over the keys and walk to the coach stop. We used Beniconnect for our coach transfer. This went very smoothly. We didn't have to wait long for the coach to depart the airport and it was about 5 mins past the estimated pickup time for our return. We found that the best drop off point was the Suitopia Hotel as it was a 4 minute walk from the apartment. The apartment itself was ideal for us. A couple of mornings and evenings were cold while we were there but the heating worked quickly (and quietly) and soon had us warm. We didn't need to use the aircon so can't comment on that. We walked several times to Platja de la Fossa and visited Tequilas for coffee, beers and the occasional meal. Alex was the perfect host although his English is limited.

Very nice apartment with a huge terrace. Terrace is a star of the apartment. There are two bedrooms and bathrooms which is very comfortable. Everything is clean and well equipped. A big plus is a very friendly lady who helps you with your stay.

2 mins from beach, 3 mins to supermarket. Very quiet property, absolutely no noise at night.

“One of the best!”
A lovely apartment, so close to the beach, and five minutes walk into town. Beds are very comfortable, kitchen has everything you need, spent most of our time on the beautiful balcony, which has sun all day. Highly recommend

“Amazing apartment for a couple or a family”
What an amazing apartment and a true gem of a find. If anyone likes 5* this is the apartment for you. There was only myself and Husband on this trip but great for families. You are near enough to the town and a short walk to Old Town. The comfort and soft furnishings was great and just added to the whole experience. The beds where very comfortable not like most places in spain where you feel like your sleeping on a board. This was fantastic for me as i have a back problem. There is parking for one car. Then when you book the apartment a lovely lady called valentyna will contact you via what's app to organise what time she will meet you to show you the apartment. Very helpful and keeps the apartment so clean and tidy. I can't wait to book it again.
